This part of my penis Frenulum hurts. I can't even pull down my foreskin

Hey guys,

Check out this picture.

You see the skin tissue that I circled, it really hurts when I pull down my foreskin. It first started to hurt when I used Fleshlight. And now when I start to clean myself after jerking off, Most of the time this Frenulum really bothers me. I try to slowly pull down my foreskin.

That area on my skin has turned a bit white. Like as if it has gotten stretched too much.

What should I do? Does anyone else here have the same problem? I wanted to go to a urologist, but I need to or am required to first go to my family doctor and then he will recommend me to a urologist. Which I think is stupid.

I think I’ll probably have to get that part cut? Surgery? If so how long?

If you’re having pain then you should consult your physician. A frenuloplasty shouldn’t take a lot of recovery time.

I had a problem with that area when I was much younger. Basically, my skin was too small/tight and the frenulum got over-stretched and one time when I was having sex blood came gushing out. I thought it was my girlfriend but it was me. I was a bit scared to screw for a few weeks. I seen my doctor and he recommended to use vaseline and slowly stretch my skin over my glans. I had trouble pulling my skin behind my glans. A friend of mine also had the same problem and he got a circumcision in his early 20s. Not sure what doctors are currently recommending, but his suggestions did seem to work for me, although I still get really sore if I screw for a long time.

I suggest you look up the procedure called ‘tying the frenulum’. It’s far less extreme/invasive than a frenoplasty or circumsicion and takes less time to heal. Can be performed in the doctor’s office in a matter of minutes. I haven’t had it done but I’m thinking about it. From what I’ve seen it’s little known, simple but a great solution.

Has anybody here with a tight frenulum but not frenulum breve (see pics below) found that PE gains made the tight frenulum worse or actually led to frenulum breve or compromised gains because of it? Thanks.
