Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Think I may have screwed myself up for life.

We are not rich but we do okay. I quit this job because another one came along. My problems arose in mid February, it has been a long time.

I don’t know why I did it twice daily but obviously it wasn’t the smartest thing to do. I never ever imagined that excessive masturbation can lead to problems. I just hope the problems are reversible.

Do you really think you have permanently injured yourself by jerking off? Really?

It still hurts at times when I take a piss. It’s still totally limp, urine and blood tests were all normal so it’s not a uti. Prostate is fine. Either the masturbation is just a coincidence, and may be I rolled over on my penis and hurt it somehow. But it hasn’t gotten better. May be I pinched a nerve in it. I don’t know. I can’t correlate this with anything else.

Remember a flaccid penis is limp. I am trying hard to understand your injury and trying to help so if I ask anything stupid bear with me.

I understand, don’t worry. Appreciate the help.

May be I sprained the bulbospongiosus muscle, I am sure over masturbation could do that. May be it’s a pelvic floor issue after all.

What I meant to say in my previous post was that I may have rolled over on my penis in my sleep over a nocturnal erection. Believe me, I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out what I could’ve done.

You might be right, I am trying to stay positive and not think about it. The more you think about it the more anxiety and stress it causes and then it’s a self perpetuating vicious cycle.

You asked if I knew how tough the fascia in the penis is. I don’t know but I am wondering if the fascia is attached completely attached underneath like wallpaper or is it attached only on the ends but is a loose layer of tissue. Meaning if it were to break away it would snap away like a rubber band. Do you know how it’s attached to the penis?

Did you ever have a steak and when you pulled or cut it apart you got that thin little layer that you basically have to rip off? That’s fascia and it’s tough even when it has been cooked.

Now a couple more questions; did you quit your job before or after your injury? Have you over the last few months before the injury not been able to get an erection with your wife?

Yes, I have had steak so I understand the reference. I quit my job after the injury and that was after I had already found a new job. And yes, I have been able to get an erection with my wife before and after the injury. Only problem is the penis hurt like hell after sex. It hurts for days. It was in physical pain. And right after ejaculation the glans just contracted, it went limp and soft for a few minutes and it was as if it wasn’t even there anymore, it blended in to the shaft so well. I guessed fascia or something on the shaft because when the bulbospongiosus muscle contracts after sex, thr rigidity from the fascia and tissues on the shaft prevents this contraction and if the rigidity is gone then there’s no way to prevent or limit the extent of this contraction so thr glans would easily contract well beyond the normal limit.

Fascia really isn’t rigid. It’s tough but flexible.

I was referring to the deep fascia. Wouldn’t the Buck, deep fascia and areolar tissue give thr penis it’s rigidity even in a flaccid state. And I’d this is damaged, result would be limpness and jelly like feeling. No?

To answer some of your questions yes it is possible to injure the tunica and still get erections although they will be painful while it heals.
If you do injure the tunica it’s important to keep getting erections though to help stretch the tissue as it heals or risk developing a curve due to scar tissue retraction.

I only know this because I went through it years ago, had months of waking with painful erections.

I know it’s been a few months but is there a diagnostic test to confirm if the tunica was damaged? I had an MRI in late May which was normal. I stopped my self from getting day time erevtions but my dick has a slight curve to the left with a small indent on the left side. Not sure if it had always been there. I don’t know shot the indent but my penis has always fallen to the left as far back as I can remember. I have stopped all daytime erections but I still get nocturnal erections. Haven’t tried sex or masturbation since April 25th, too scared of the pain.

And by the way, the reason I am assuming masturbation injury is because I masturbated twice daily like an idiot. My technique was to use the palm of my hand to rub the underside of shaft and glans to get off. Not sure if my technique introduced an additional element of risk. What do you all think?

I don’t know if there’s a test, I didn’t see a doctor at the time and I don’t remember worrying about it, I just thought oh well it’ll get better.
You describe exactly the same thing I was left with, a very slight curve and indent on the left CC
The indent was exactly where the pain was and there was also about a 10mm spot of gristle over the indent, I assume scar tissue. When I first injured it that spot was swollen and bruised so there was clearly internal bleeding.

Time healed most of it then massage and dmso and iodine seemed to break up the remaining scar tissue. I’d say now it’s 99% normal.
The injury was 20 odd years ago and was not PE related either.
