The return of the red dot

I have a red dot about 1/8 of an inch in diameter on my shaft. This looks just like the tiny dots that many of us experience, but bigger. Whenever it appears it is always in the same spot.
If I rest for three days it goes away. If I start PE again, after three days, it comes back .It takes a solid two weeks of no PE for it to go away and stay away.

It does not affect EQ nor is it painful.

Is this cause for concern?
