testicle shrinkage

Can anything be done to correct testicle shrinkage?

It depends on what has caused them to shrink. Have you been on testosterone replacement therapy or used anabolic steroids? How old are you? Is it one testicle or both? Any other symptoms? Tell us more.

Or do you mean is there anything that can be done to stretch the scrotum?

You might want to do a search on this site for the herb Damiana. I think there was possiblity that it would enlarge the scrotum. Not sure since I didn’t follow that thread very well.
