Suggestions on Rash In Groin Area

Any suggestions as to what this might be? I use Gold Bond and it seems to in a way make this worse!

Tough to see by the pictures but it appears to be just run of the mill heat rash. There is no immediate fix but generally keeping the area clean and dry with as much airflow as possible and it will go away in 2-3 days. Powder will usually provide some temporary relief but can make it worse because it can get moist and further block the sweat glands. Applying cold will give some relief and taking a cool bath with some baking soda will as well. When applying anything or drying it do so delicately so as not to irritate it further.

Looks like jock itch, cant remember the medical name.

Just google it, its easily treated with a cream, had it last year.
