Starting again after injury
I began doing PE in November 2006, in early february I noticed extremely sharp pains when i did pulling exercises and also sometimes when i masturbated, so I stopped. I kept feeling small sharp pain just behind the head while masturbating for some months, and sometime in the summer the pains dissapeared for good. Now I have finally decided to start again since I still want to reach that goal of a bigger-than-average dick. But what should I do to prevent injury? I did warmups before (warm bath for 5 minutes before exercises) but evidently that didn’t help. So how can I avoid getting injuries this time? Because if I start feeling pain again I will most probably never want to try this again.
Also, it’s a shame that I could only go about it for two months when i first started, because the eventual gain was too small to actually be confirmed as real. It was still fully possible that it was due to different amount of erection or my way of holding the ruler different or something. But now I will try again. Wish me luck!
