I have been around this board for a while now. It took a while for me to figure out “less is more” when it come to pe’ing for me. My penis is very sensitive to pe and I have started and ended alot of different routines. Had some injuries recovered and went back to pe. This last time I started pe I used this new approach. I was only jelqing and my sets were very short. Somewhere in even this very light jelqing schedule I might have gotten a little carried a way probably;y squeezing too hard while jelqing. Now again I have stopped pe because my dick seems to be less sensitive, my erections arent as hard and not lasting as long. It’s been about 3 weeks since and still about the same. I mean I don’t think I caused major injury because my routnes were not strenuous but still I am itching to get back to pe as well. Any advice or comments would be apreciated. Should I see my doctor?>

Also on the top side of my penis right at the base of the shaft there is some discoloration/ bruising that has not gone away. It is very light but still noticeable to me.

Ummm… actually, if you have injured yourself again, you probably haven’t learned this lesson too well. Remember, this is something that is completely in your control here.

Try re-reading this thread: then, after you heal up, you can go back the routine that gave you good results.

You had the vacuum hanger: personally, I suggest going back to that (after you recover from your current injury). Discipline yourself to not add too much weight too quickly. Use the minimum weight that you can. The great thing about hanging is that you know how much weight is on there, and you can’t “accidentally” pull too hard.

Thanks for replying Grandmaster. Yes I did write that but I have not stretched or used the vacuum hanger. I was strictly just going with a jelqing routine. The only thing I can think of is maybe I was squeezing too hard or my grip is not right. Unless I injured myself during sex.
