Skin nerves....maybe hurt

Was doing a new excersize today, getting 80-90% erect and bendeng as fasr as I could against my downward bend adn I noticed that after I had lost feeling along teh top of my shaft. I t seems to only be the skin. Now I had something like this occur when i jelqed too much once and since in both cases there was a whole lot of pressure in the end of my dick I thought I could have messed up a nerve but then why would it only effect the skin??? Are there other nerves I could have damaged other than the ones below the glans? I would appreciate any ideas on what this might be. Thanks.

Hi all. I have had this problem before bukt it was after I jelqed too hard. basically I was trying a self invented curveature correction excercise where I got atleast 80% erect and bent as far as i could against my downward bend adn held for 15 seconds or so 10 times. I noticed afterward that I had again lost feeling on the skn on top of my shaft. in both cases tehere was a lot of pressure in the head and forskin region of my dick so I thought it may have messed with the ones under the glans but it only made my skin go numb. This mostly came back after a few months, about 50-60% of the feeling I had. By the way when I pinch the numb spots it hurts so I dont have zero feeling but its not as much as when I pinch more sensative areas, but as far as soft touhes or tickling goes there is not much feeling to speak of. Just wondering what this may be or ANY ideas at all. Thanks.

Hey joe,

I think maybe you should take an extended break. And while on your break, do as much reading as you can. Start from the beginning and try to learn as much as you can during your break. Then when you start back up, do it like you are a newbie and be very careful, add to your workout slowly.

You keep posting about yourself getting injuries and sooner or later, if you keep going like you are now, you may just get a serious one. At least lighten up some in your workouts and pay attention to what you are doing. Getting impatient and trying to do too much, too soon just hinders your gains in the long run.

Thanks for responding. In this particular case I though I was taking it easy since it was something I cam eup with. I have done a lot of research on it and thought before it was from rubbing to much on the skin with not enough lube since I was jelqing at the time and now I got the same thing from bending so I have to research more on nerves and why I can feel pain in the areas but not soft touches or temp changes and why its only on some patches of skin that seems to be random. Anyways I know I have run into prob after prob adn I think my unit is just a little frail so I am stretching only at teh moment and if something else happens I will take more than 10 days off like my last break.
