Should I Worry?

Resultados da pesquisa

Hello people

I have 5 months of PE and about a month ago I added dry jelq exercise to my routine, and was doing with 100% erection (knew it was wrong), with no negative indicator after a week I continued until I realized that this vein was like that and I also noticed that the dorsal vein was starting to get hard. So I totally stopped the PE and gave myself two weeks off but the veins didn’t improve. Now I’m back in the beginner routine.

Why did my vein look like this? Should I worry?
What should I do to improve?

Thank you.

Stop all PE until it’s healed and then give it another week.

Do not jelq erect.

If the vein remains hard in a flaccid state, think for a long rest time until it returns to normal and more, you don’t want a chronic injury, right?

That looks normal

Yes, you should worry.

This is pelvic hypersensitivity, a pre-symptom of hard flaccid syndrome, due to the process of nerve stretching and consequently reaction of the parasympathetic system, which generates muscle contraction in the region and, in the end, erectile dysfunction.

For God sake, stop PE, still you have time and are not permanently injured!
And not for some days, weeks or months, but forever!

Please take into consideration that the above post was written by a guy who wants no one to do PE and really doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He reminds me of that movie My Cousin Vinny where all these things were found just by looking at one picture. You can’t diagnose anything from a picture.

Load,

I appreciate that some rest, possibly an extended rest might be in order here; however, I sense that your position is PE should not be practiced by anyone.

Are these your sentiments?

These comments would be to stegioma and Gnar1999 in “Overtraining or what?” topic.

I am posting now there.

I cannot say what people should do.
If they want to do PE, they do, if they don’t want, they don’t do.

My position is just that risks are much, much bigger than usually mentioned, even if practiced strictly according the guidelines.

What can you contribute to this board and community in addition to “the risks are much, much bigger…” ?

Man, you actually have no clue, what are you talking about?

This is clearly a problem that has absolutely nothing related to your description, look at the picture, blood vessels, start with that.

If you don’t know anything about anatomy, it’s better to shut up.

Please take a look. I said later that this comment should be posted in another topic. You can read.

By the way, your reply is very aggressive, especially the end, and I don’t know why. I think this is not according the guidelines, right?

Load, did you join this forum only to warn everyone here about risks of PE? The guys here CAN read (as you say) and most are aware of the risks of PE.

It’s nice that you want to help the guys but popping into peoples injury threads attempting to spread info that isn’t relevant or even true, is not being helpful.

Respectfully, you’re wasting your time bro

I am not “popping” into peoples injury threads attempting to spread info.
I posted in two threads only, one to tell my story and another to advise, according to my opinion.

Nothing I have said is not true, and so much reaction has come basically (including some offense) from mods or old members, not from the guys with injuries, what is quite interesting.

As already said, let’s just let them decide if and which information is relevant pra not, and what to do.
