Sharp pain in penis. Just need some advise please!

Pain when I touch my penis!!
and haven’t had any replies. My sane mind is telling me that I will be fine and that time will sort this out, but, I’m feeling pretty low at the moment as my wife was having an affair so now we are getting divorced and my insane mind that thinks stupid stuff is really panicing.
An update of the condition is that the pain is still there when I move my penis. I can squeeze/touch my glans ok it just seems to be the shaft that causes pain when it is moved etc. The pain feels like a sharp pin prick. Its hard to describe where it is , the closest I could come is saying it feels almost central and shoots along the length of my penis.
I woke last night a couple of times with my usual 9-10 erection so I know it is still working. There was no pain caused by being erect.
I would love to hear some advice as this is really getting me down. Maybe I should ice pack it or apply heat but I dont want to make it worse.
I was thinking about how it happened and I think it was caused by letting the sleeve slip off. It was nearly time for a rest and I felt some movement but thought when It goes i’ll stop. Maybe all the weight was just pulling on the glans for too long as it did take a minute or two to slip off?

I’m hoping i’ve just put a bit of pressure on a nerve as I still have full sensation. There is no numbness or tingling?

Have you done the prescribed warm-up?

I had that kind of feeling sometimes; it somewhat reminds a tendinous strain, right? It disappeared withou consequences. Too much tension and lak of warm-up.

No, stupidly I didn’t do a warm up as I did not really think of it as much of an excercise if you know what I mean? Stupid I know. I wont be making that mistake again.

Any opinions on treatment like ice packs or heat?

Usually, for me, it just heals by it self. If it keeps painful, just go to the doctor
