Not the first time it happens,but I start to have low level erection again,i can get them but they are not 100% and without stimulation they go away in a second.I only do the beginners routine 3-4 times per week and only 100 jelqs.I rarely do the kegels.Should I continue PE or leave it to rest?I don’t have any signs of damage or pain and I never did anything extreme or painful.

Could be overtraining, could be a lot of things.

Have you tried cutting your workout in half? Taking a break?

Definitely not over training,maybe I gained a bit and my penis is adjusting now or something.Is it normal to have EQ problems when gaining?

I had EQ problems that only improved doing PE.

Take a few days off and see if EQ returns. It worked for me when I was doing too many piss pulls.

There are a bunch of things that can effect EQ.

Stress, testosterone, porn, sleep, anxiety, just to name a few.

If you don’t think it’s PE you need to figure out what it is and mend it.

Your EQ could have improved from a lot of things. There could have been a deeper mental issue going on, and doing PE boosted your confidence on a deep, subconscious level, thereby increasing your EQ.

To the OP, did these issues first start only after beginning the PE routine?

Yeah I had EQ issues when I first started but I had gains too.I panicked but after 1-2 weeks my erections appeared out of nowhere and they were really hard.

Until now.I’ll give it a rest.Maybe I stressed it a lot with masturbation coupled with PE.I’m sure i’ll be okay in a couple of days,i got a nice erection now by just watching 1 min of porn,without any physical stimulation.So I guess i’m getting better.Another question is,normally I can get an erection very quick,but it also goes away pretty quickly if I don’t stimulate it manually or i’m not sexually aroused enough.Is this normal?

It may be a negative effect from porn addiction. If you watch porn everyday it may get worse.

So what I’m summing up is that when you first started PE there were erection issues for 1-2 weeks and also gains, then the erection issues suddenly went away, and now they’ve come back, but they are improving since just the other day you achieved a good erection with only visual stimulation. Feel free to correct me if I misunderstood.

If erections are going away pretty quickly without simulation, your EQ may just not be as good as you really want it to be. Not everyone has perfect EQ. Whether or not it enters the realm of being a problem would depend on how quickly the erections are going away. Not clear either if this was an issue that only started right after penis enlargement or if it’s something you’ve had for awhile.

I am not going to ask, or assume, because we all have done it. Stop watching porn and jacking off, does WONDERS for you and your lady. My EQ has skyrocketed since I overcame my porn and Jacking off habits.

Well it’s exactly as I said,i can get an erection really fast but it also goes away pretty fast too if I’m not horny enough,but then I can get it up again if needed in less than 3-4 seconds.I see here a lot of members have trouble keeping an erection while taking a picture,so I don’t think my problem is that bad.

Oh and I don’t have a girlfriend,I’m actually a virgin.I don’t know how I would normally perform.While I can picture myself not watching porn for a while,I’m pretty sure I can’t go long without masturbation.I can get an erection without porn by the way.3-4 days is the norm for me ,more than that and I go crazy.Maybe you have sex regularly,but I can only relieve myself through masturbation.

I also have a really high sex drive,which I think its normal for a 20 year old guy.I went weeks masturbating 3-4 times a day every day and I still could do more.Right now I stopped for 4-5 days so my unit can heal.I sometimes have morning wood,but not every time.

I say cut the 1 that’s least important to you and see if it helps the EQ issue

I’m around your age, but have a girlfriend and I can tell you that your EQ will improve if you chill out with the masturbation. It will help your PE move along faster as well.

Forgot to update,my problem got away.Like my last experience,erection came so strong my dick hurts and gained a few millimeters most probably.Now I am 18.3 cm maybe 18.4 depends a lot how I measure.Seems like whenever I gain I get some EQ problems because my penis is adjusting.This is my theory anyway,i will post another thread now regarding penis curvature.Thanks everyone for posting.
