Can anybody help me. This only happened since starting PE. Anyone know what has happened?

You cannot speed up this process by using excessive force. Instead of speeding things up, you greatly slow things down.

I did get a few of these red spots similar to those in the pic above by gripping too hard when stretching, possibly without not spending enough time on my hot wrap. In fact a very hot wrap did help them to heal quickly.
