Red Marks on Coronal Ridge

Hello, I did PE almost two years ago with just the jelqing newbie routine, and now I have some red marks on the coronal ridge of my penis that I am starting to get worried about. It started off as one small dot, and when I continued to have sex with it, it burst or something and has now turned into a blood clot. I have had the blood clot for about two to three months and it has not gotten any better or worse. There are also small red dots and lines forming on my coronal ridge that I am worried will eventually turn into another blood clot. I gained around a half an inch presumably from my jelqing, or maybe because it grew naturally. I am probably going to see a urologist soon, but I just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. Have you spoken with an urologist?

Not yet but I will probably speak to one in the next month or so. I spoke to a general practitioner about it a month or two ago but did not tell him I was doing jelqing. He told me not to worry about it because it is difficult to damage the penis but to come back if it gets worse. I am planning to return to that doctors office so I can be referred to a urologist.
