I injured my penis from pumping… hopefully it is not serious, and I will heal completely. It happened 2 days ago, from pumping. I decided to throw in one extra set after two 10 minute sets at low pressure. For final set of few minutes, I did some ramping up pressure to as high as 8-14 for few seconds, then down to below 5 for maybe 20 seconds, then another peak. I was getting more length expansion than ever before, and I think that my excitement at this caused me to get carried away. Anyway, after maybe 4 minutes, I took my penis out of the cylinder and could see some uneven swelling on the top half of my shaft. Soon, I could see bruising as well. During the first 24 hours, the swelling went up more, then down to maybe 10% of the peak, and now there remains maybe 5% swelling,— it just looks like an perfect flaccid, not disfigured or even swollen. The bruising spread VERY slowly, so now that top half of my shaft is mostly purplish. At no point have I felt any pain or discomfort. There is no numbness. I haven’t done PE since the injury, giving the unit a rest.

Okay, there’s the detail… now my question is, how may I best assist my body to remove the discoloration, so that I don’t remain permanently discolored? If not addressed, I know the color changes may never leave.

Soak in warm water, firegoat rolls, arnica or vitamin k cream but above all rest until its healed.

If it’s just bruising it will probably go away completely by itself, but there’s no harm and maybe some benefit in following capernicus’s suggestions; I would.

Just because the discolouration goes, it doesn’t mean healing is complete though. It may take a while to regain full tissue strength. When you start PE again, take it easy for a few sessions just to make sure that if there is still healing to do, you don’t create more damage.
