Pumping Injury

Maybe this is why I feel a slight pain when I do kegal excercises. If you look at the link

where the ishiocavernosus muscle is located and the facia lata I beleve on the left side is very very tight. So much that it causes my unit to twist slight to the left when I lay off my PE workouts for weeks. Can there be scar like fibers that develop in this region? Once I turn my unit to the right while erect I do feel a section in that region that is tough, but I am not sure if that is normal or not. Any way to stretch that tissue behind the balls in that region? Anyone? I do feel the tightness in that region and it’s an affect from my overpumping injury long ago. Firegoat? Monty?Behemoth? Anyone? I’m not sure if it’s scar tissue or a tough musle.

Just try gently massaging the area every day, then press firmly (not too hard though) into the tight area and focus on relaxing the area under the pressure. Try to keep the pressure the same until you feel the area start to relax, then slowly reduce the pressure as it relaxes. It may take a couple of minutes or more the first time you do it, but after a few days it should relax faster.

Do that ever day until you have taught the nervous system in the area to stay more ‘relaxed’.

Yea its as if something was either torn or pulled in that region.

I get erect my unit point straight out, and I turn my unit while erect to the left with no problem at the lower base behind my balls, but if I turn my unit to the right aiming downwards, then I definitely feel a tough like structure in the left side that’s tight near my ischiocavernonus muscle.

I’m not sure what it is, but I’m using heat, manual stretching to correct it. It’s certainly related to my pumping injury over a year ago.

I don’t know anything else besides heat, jelqing, stretches.

Kegals of any sort seem to get it very sore

I will try deep tissue massage under the balls while erect.

Maybe that will fix the issue

Right here is where I feel the tightness.

I rubbed it in circular motions and reverse for 30 minutes semi erect and erect.

My PC muscle continues to spasm with and without my noose style ads on low stretch.

The picture looks like a fairly standard pumping problem. You go into the cylinder and gradually over the course of a session your scrotum is sucked up into it. So basically you are scraping your scrotum over the lip of a cylinder quite hard. The scrotum itself is fairly sensitive skin, it doesn’t take a lot to damage it.

That’s what the picture looks like, whether that fits with your experience is another thing.

Potentially your cylinder is too large and/or you are pumping at too high a pressure.

I didn’t answer this before because I hoped some of the more experienced pumpers would jump in with better information.

The massaging is reforming something in that area under my balls that was very tight before.

OK my log is stretches every way and bundled, extending 1 to 2 hours a day medium tension, and jelqing 30 minutes daily.

I am noticing under my head below the glans near the coronal ridge where my head meets the side of my penis on the left side is developing an inflammatory responce. Well it’s a white dot underneath the skin and I’m not sure what is causing it.

The bump is not really protruding, but it is white patch within the skin. I am not sure maybe is from jelqing too hard and too erect?

Anyone? Behemoth Firegoat Maneria? Anyone?

Is it Edema or something else?

I remember pressing in this location firmly massaging about 2 weeks ago while jelqing. Maybe I should of left it alone. I massaged my fingers into this region hoping to relax it.

Try also taking some supplements. In particular, choline, saw palmetto, and maybe some horny goat weed. That should pump some blood down there.

I’m in a similar situation, although it was not caused by PE directly I hope?.
I normally do my routine of hot wrap some stretching and jelqing in the morning.
And if I’m lucky my wife entertains me when the kids are in bed.
Anyway cut a long story short I’ve been wearing a cock ring of late as it really pumps a lot of blood in my penis and its super stiff and my wife loves it.
While warming up with the cock ring before I got busy I had a pretty rampant hard-on on when all of a sudden my glans went soft but my dick was still hard
At the base, there was no pain and I got the ring asap but since then my dick has shrunk a bit and I’m not getting a proper hard-on.
I’ve quit PE for now and will rest and hope its nothing major .? If anyone knows whats happened or has some idea all help would really be appreciated.
