Possible Treatments for Jelq/Kegel Related Injuries...
I have been a member for a few years now. I started PE’ing about 7 years ago and have managed to make some significant gains in the early stages of my experimentation. After making some early progress I got a little over zealous and pushed myself to hard. This resulted in a devastating injury that put me out of commission for over two years and left me in the dark to figure things out on my own. My erection quality was very weak and lacked rigidity. After many embarrassing doctor/urology/physio visits and countless hours dedicated to research, I have been able to determine the underlying problems I created for myself. In my case, It was a two part injury. It was a build of scar tissue and over worked (stressed) out pelvic floor muscles that essentially quit on me. I am by no means a specialist or educated in medicine so my experience is based solely on research, medical advice and experimentation.
I have been away from my thunders account for a few years now and just recently logged back in to find my mailbox flooded with members looking for advice. How many members here are suffering from significant erection problems specifically in rigidity, flaccid turtling, weak urine flow and/or problems with the head expanding?
I believe I can help, I just need to do it in an efficient way because of my work schedule. Let’s use this thread as a place to share stories that are similar to my experience. Once I get enough interest in this thread I can dive deeper into my story and provide some more details.
