I tried jelqing about 6 days ago, and then I masturbated shortly after. Now for the last 6 days I have had a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. Could this be from doing it incorrectly and maybe damaging the nerves? Please help, I can’t stand this anymore. Thank you.

Hey dude, I had the same problem this week, try stopping everything ( Masturbation and PE) for a week, it worked for me, now everything turned back to normal.

Start slow man, light grip and short time. You have to build up to 75% grip strength and 30mins or PE time.

After this I’m not to sure how much I’d like to try it anymore. Haha.

I would say that you are overdoing your workout. You probably bruised or caused a bit of swelling in your urethra which is why you feel like you have to pee all the time. Take a break for a few days and you should be fine.

That is why conditioning is so important. Your penis is a very sensitive bit of machinery. You need to start gradually and work your way up. If your grip is tight loosen it a bit. If your doing 300 jelqs cut it in half for awhile. Patience is all important in PE, not only to gain but to prevent injury.
