Started stretching today… and suddenly the head of my penis begins to hurt. Stopped stretching but it’s really sensitive now. Almost hurts when I pull back the foreskin, but there is no visible marks. Anyone else experienced this?

Yeah but this time it was a sharp pain that came after a few stretchs… Never happened before. What should I do? Just wait until tomorrow and try again?

How do you do your stretches? I would switch around a bit every so often but I would probably take a days rest or more

Regular 30 sec stretches, you know, up , down etc…
It’s the back of the glans that hurt… I did two 30 sec stretches, and when I started the third set… I felt a sharp pain at the back of the glans, tried to easy up a bit but now it hurts even if I pull pack the foreskin. I will rest today and try when the pain is gone.

to me this sounds like either of those two:
a) you managed to hold your head in a tight grip, hurting some of the nerves in the urethra. Never hold the urethra too strongly during PE!
b) you managed to hold your head in a tight grip, hurting some of the veins (or arteries?) within the head.

Either way, stop all P.E. at once and see how the healing turns out.
_IF_ erections became painful due to the injury make sure you let it heal at least for another month when the erection stop hurting.

And although this may be overkill, but here goes:
Warmth always helps, even in healing.. Get an IR lamp or use some other warm up trick. (BTW: You did warm up your dick sufficiently, right?)
Imagine the bruise (hopefully) healing faster than you could have ever imagined before and just feel that.. Keep the feeling in mind for a few seconds to minutes.
(Only if erections aren’t painful) learn ballooning to keep up a good prolonged erection while orgasming without coming. This will increase the rate of healing tremendously.. and it’s fun. And you’ve got something to do while you are waiting for your dick to heal up :)

Masturbation (usually) is a no-no, but you will feel if it was appropriate only after you came usually. Check it out, if the feeling is bad don’t do it anymore until your dick is sufficiently healed.

And of course, if in doubt, go see a medical professional about this :)

Thanks for the reply. I’m starting to freak out now though, after putting two and two together.

I’ve been using the jes extender on and off for a few months (but decided to stop using it a week ago, and focus on the newbie routine instead), and the pain I feel now is exactly where the noose pressure was the hardest.

Seriously, I felt no pain this morning, even tried masturbating and it was fine, but later this afternoon suddenly i felt a sharp pain just under the penis head again. Seriously, I’m scared to death now. Could this be permanent nerv damage? Or will it heal? :/

Vinterfrost, just as ys said. Have a longer rest, let it recover, and then slowly start again from the beginning.

hehe, “extender” plus “pain where the noose pressures” .. sounds like the same problems I had with every extender I tried.. Slipping noose resulting in a serious ouchy deeply hidden within the penis.
For me this took at least 1.5 months to heal fully (I managed to do it twice until I finally gave up on noose extenders).

Do NOT masturbate, do NOT pe, do NOT fuck around with your dick, literally and otherwise.. Just as I said above ;)
For at least a month if not longer (one ouchy resulting from eg. masturbation usually sets you back about 1-2 weeks in healing, so go figure if it’s time to drain the anaconda already ;) ).

Of course, YMMV.. I hope it does :)

Today i’ve felt no pain whatsoever - so I’m going to take a break for 1-2 weeks but then I’m going to start again (a full month off feels way to much).

This is really annoying because this is the second time I’ve had to take a longer break from PE (altough last time was not because of any injury)

I’ve done PE since the end of last year, but during that time I’ve been off for a little over 1 month, if I count all the “breaks”. I won’t get anywhere if I keep taking breaks like this… And my plan is to see some results that are easily visible to the eye after this summer. However, I’m going to be a bit uneasy about starting pulling my penis again, since the pain just struck me without any warning last time… So I probably will go a bit easy the first week back on. The gains I’ve had so far (1cm) are still too marginal to tell if they are real or if I’ve just mismeasured earlier on. The lenghts actually seems to vary a bit everytime I measure, by a few millimetres (is this normal?), but I’ve never, ever been able to get a measurement of 17cm or above. So once I am there I will know for SURE that I have gained. until then, I can only hope…. and right now I have to wait and probably set back the gaining process another month. Bah :(

Well, guess I’m gonna resurrect this thread, because I had a similar problem twice since started PE. I am almost sure it’s the nerve. It took me 2 days to recover, than after 2 days of jelqing it happened again. It was like sudden sharp pain somewhere on top of the glans which lasted for about 2 seconds, 10 times a day in my case. I guess I didn’t heat up properly, but maybe my pressure while jelqing was too hard, although video on jelqing seems to have a bit harder pressure than mine.so I’m not sure what exactly induced that nerve injury? Are there any symptoms while jelqing that indicate that I’m doing something wrong?
