Possible injury while...sleeping?

I woke up last week with a massive but painful erection. It hurt on one side only. It felt like a peculiar sort of a strain like I’d been twisting on it all night. I vaguely remembered having recurring hard-ons or one constant hard-on for hours during sleep. That’d seem like a good thing usually but I may have slept on it wrong and just ignored the pain.

Lately I’ve noticed that my cock has a slight dent in it on the left side near the base. You could put a pencil pointing towards the floor and it would sit neatly against the dent. Also, my erections are slightly different. Before I’d always had a slight lean to the right. Now, it’s straight as a pipe and also slightly curving upwards. It doesn’t appear I’ve lost any length or at least not very much. It does look like I’ve gained a small bit of girth. Also it hurts a little on the left side when erect.

I can’t explain it. Has this sort of things happened to anyone else?

I haven’t PE’d much at all for months. Just started back a few days prior to that but nothing intense. Just manual clamping and jelqing.
It seems related to peyronie’s disease but instead of scar tissue causing curvature there’s a slight dent at the base, a straighter pointing penis that is curving upwards very slightly ( mine was always pointing at an exact right degree angle ) . I’m hoping it’s temporary but if not, well, I guess I could live with it.

Actually upon recent observation I’ve noticed that there isn’t just a dent but a warp from one side to the other. It goes in on one side and out on the other at the base. Kind of like a snake winding, yet then straight all the way to the tip. So there’s a slight kink at the base and then it’s straight and not bent at all. It’s also just slightly fuller, no discoloration and erections are just slightly uncomfortable or tugging feeling.

I’m almost certain this was from sleeping naked and having a erection pointed down and bent at an angle into the mattress for an extended time. It’s peculiar that there was no bruising or hemotoma and then structural ‘damage’.

So far it’s fine but I am worried about the structural integrity. I’ve had sex with it twice and it seems okay but I’m being careful. Over time it should self correct, I’m almost certain. ( or I hope ).

Has anyone had any experience with this? It’s similar to peyronies but brought on by a mechanical stressor.

On further review, it is likely peyronies but I caught it early so I could be o.k. Bought a vacuum pump ( bathmate ) and using it daily. Also taking a mix of anti-inflammatories and vitamins. I’ll also see a urologist soon. Any further curvature and I’ll be taking Pentoxifylline.

I probably weakened the tissue by stretching with a little too much force with no heat. Then did it again or slept on it wrong. My body over-responded with too much tissue repair and collagen forming a plaque. No major curvature ( yet ) and no loss of length or girth. Just a weird denting.

I’ll follow this up with pictures or more info for anybody else who might need it.
