Okay, so. I’m gonna take a bit of time for my body too recuperate, but it looks like a may have accidentally messed myself up. Hopefully not too bad, but if I have….too hell with it.

Okay, so! I got a pump that was about an inch thicker girth-wise then I am, and pushed it starting out. Should have read pumping 101, but eh! Mistakes are the spice of life I suppose.

Anyhow. My current BPEL standing clocks in at 8.5” with a girth of 5.25”. Pushing it a little bit too about 10HG I was able too pack a 6.25” girth cylinder up too the 8.375” mark. Thing is, this isn’t even day one after ceasing usage, so we’ll see how this goes.

As for health, I’m an overweight, smoker, and drinker ED has been a problem I’ve dealt with before on account of my health. Anyhow, here’s hoping I didn’t bust anything.

Seems too have been a false alarm. Still for the best too dial it back though.

Correction: I MAY have permanently bumped my EG too 6” I’m not sure. If I did, that’d explain a few things.

Need too get too work fixing my health and EQ promptly.

I can still get it up with a ring, and get decently hard, but I over-shot the mark and brought myself up by about 4 ounces of volume almost 5, compared too where I started from. Has anyone done this kind of thing before?

Were you able to get up without a ring before?

Yeah, I could. Getting too 100% EQ though was a bit tricky.

Rest until your erection get back to normal and think again about your routine.

The erections and hardness should improve and not the other way around. This applies to any exercise.

The secret is to find the right amount of intensity and duration: first step is to follow the recommendations.

It’s not just spongy erection. I seem too have stretched out the skin without enlarging the internal mechanisms. It’s part of why I’m waiting too see if it goes away in its own.

Pumping at high HG is extremely dangerous and can damage the tissues.

I can still get it up with a ring, but I may have given myself or worsened my ED. Only time will tell on that one. For now, all I can really do is wait, get myself healthier, and then see if it heals over time.

At the moment my resting flaccid girth seems too have gone up by about half an inch, which isn’t good news, but it’s still functioning somewhat, which tells me, it might just come down too my poor health.

Correction, it seems too have gone up by an eighth of an inch. It may be healing, but I’m still planning too go see a Urologist come Thursday.

Kinda surprised that this thread hasn’t been getting more traction considering the amount of pumping information as well as pumpers on site. As a rule of thumb I’ve heard to not pump above 5 HG. It’s better to just increase the time instead of the pressure when you reach 5HG. There are however some high pressure pumpers on site, but every time one of those threads get bumped up, people say it’s like playing with fire and that the risk-reward isn’t worth it. I think you should be fine if this was a one-time thing.

Searching up high pressure pumping, you find a couple of threads on site, and most problems similar to yours seem to fix itself after about 1 week of rest. So you should be fine. This is an example of a thread I found: Penis pump at high pressure gains and losses you can also find others.

Also; please keep us updated on your recovery. These types of things are always quite interesting. It’s always a bit disappointing when they just “disappear”, which actually happens quite frequently (probably because they healed and recovered and don’t need help anymore, and thus stop posting. If it didn’t heal, you’d expect these people to keep posting about their issues.

Either way, think about it like this. If you keep updating your recovery, everyone who come across this thread is going to get a mental “data point” in their mind which can then be used to further help people in a similar situation.

I did it three times for about fifteen minutes. It’s part of why I’m focused on going too the doctor too get it checked out. I can get blood into it, and using a cock-ring I can get erect, but that isn’t an okay trade for girth gains if I end up with permanent ED. It’s my own fault if I did though.

The other thing too keep in mind, is that while I stayed at about 10HG, I got a really badly sized pump. My EG is 5.25”, this one had an EG of 6.25”.

Honestly, based on the stuff I’m reading from several threads on this forum, you should be fine. Most people really do seem to heal after a couple of days to 2 weeks or so. Also I know I shouldn’t be saying this (since the mental part is such a huge part of recovery), but whenever you’re properly healed up in about 1-2 weeks, shoot me a PM or something and I’ll link you a few injury threads from another forum that came from high pressure pumping and I’ll guarantee you will never in your entire life pump at high pressure again. This shit freaked me the fuck out, not gonna lie.

But trust me when I say this, I really do believe you should be fine. Your symptoms mimic that of the people that recover. The supposed “threads” I have in mind who suffered permanent damages, they had a bit different symptoms than you’re currently experiencing. The situation was also a little bit different. Honestly if you could go at it 3 times for 15 minutes, you were atleast somewhat conditioned and experienced with pumping which is good. Most severe injuries happens to the newbies.
