Penis permanetly damaged after 1 month of PE, Rubbery feeling

Update:

Injury happened on the 28th of July 2018 so almost 9 months ago.
Starting sensitivity after injury: 10%.
Current sensitivity: 90-95% (very close to normal)
Current EQ: I still go soft during sex (possibly a deep psychological issue at this point after so many sexual failures) but EQ and time to orgasm is improving in general. Sometimes able to sustain an erection while standing up or on knees now, even though it is still more difficult. Morning wood is strong and lasts for a long time.
Sometimes my pelvic floor hurts during erections, massage improves it.

Staying hopeful even though I still can’t have proper sex. Can stay hard during blowjobs and other things though.

Good to hear some improvements man. Do you find that sex or masturbation causes you to have setbacks? How often have you been masturbating or having sex?

Do you have less sensitivity in the glans? Is it a specific area? My sensitivity problem is in the left glans.

What did you do to get better?

Masturbation and sex used to cause setbacks but it has been quite stable for the past few months now without setbacks from stimulation. I masturbate/have sex like 3-4 times a week, will try to reduce this number to maybe once a week to see if sensation/EQ improves. My entire dick was completely numb at first, then sensation began to come back to the shaft. The glans was completely numb for the first 3 months or so but it is pretty damn close to normal now. I would say that it is in better shape than the shaft at this point.

Of course I freaked out and tried many things like hot/cold treatment, ginkgo biloba, cialis, etc but I think that the only thing that can fix your dick is your own body if given enough time (lots and lots of time, even I am not still fully healed). Just keep it warm to improve circulation, maybe exercise too. I miss the reliable steel rod that used to work great in every position with tons of leeway to put on a condom, etc.

What about cold glans or shaft? Right now I’m dealing with cold glans, sometimes cold shaft. Did you have coldness in the beginning, and do you have it now?

Also, did your flaccid shrink? How is it now?

Yes, my dick was very cold in the beginning, the glans was white and cold. Color returned with feeling eventually after 3+ months. Sometimes my flaccid became small when it went into HF state. It sometimes still does this when something pisses it off. My flaccid dick did deform though and it hasn’t improved much ever since. It is now slightly bent so that the glans points upwards.

I am the same. Sometimes my flaccid is deformed and feels like play DOE

Test shows that there is very little blood flow when flaccid and even erect flow is weak. Positive is that no venous leak cause no outflow

How’s everyone doing? Can’t say I’m getting better. I had sex as recently as last week. Sigh. It’s hard for me to get/maintain an erection. I don’t have numbness or sensitivity problems anymore, but I just have bad EQ and erectile dysfunction.

Still same problems. Small flaccid. Cannot maintain erection without viagra

Sounds like tight pelvic floor (BC or ic muscles) restricting blood flow, your dick is fine. Start looking into pelvic floor exercises and relaxing as well as reducing anxiety which causes muscle tension. Also, don’t waste money on urologists, as this is not a penis problem. What happens when you try doing a kegel?

The pelvic floor thing has been around since 2012 and has a proven 99.9% failure rate. The people in charge on a profit orientated forum have been desperately trying to keep it alive as a way to trivialize PE injuries to avoid harm to their self image and reduce the likelihood of a massive lawsuit. It’s all been proven as BS many times. Don’t be a fool and listen to these people who think we’re all complete morons and that a lie repeated enough times becomes the truth. They are scared of a lawsuit- plain and simple. That’s why they repeatedly neglect evidence.

When do you go back to dr to see what is recommended based on these findings?

I wonder what is preventing blood flow. If it was injured, the body would normally increase blood flow to injuries

They would reccomend pills, injections or an implant like always, since there isn’t anything they can do otherwise- definitely no secret by now.

Many things could be preventing bloodflow, neurovascular damage, etc. Factors play a role in circulation to the penis that aren’t at play elsewhere.

Same here, couldn’t maintain an erection during sex if my life depended on it. It is a combination of pshyiologically reduced EQ potential and psychologically induced ED due to countless failures. At this point I don’t even want to try to have sex anymore, my brain associates it with such negativity.

That is a very good sign, you have regained sensitivity, which means recovery of the nervous response.

Many people do not know that in many countries the population has deficiencies of magnesium, zinc as well as vitamin D which represents a problem in order for the cells to repair the damage in the organism, take this into consideration if you want to recover faster. Nervous recovery is slow by nature, there is much information in this regard on medical books, if we lack the aforementioned elements we can not expect miracles.
