I’m into PE for 3 days now and my cock is more sensitive then ever. It erects easily

is it sensitivity or pain?

I did my first exercise today and it lasted less than 5 mins
but for the whole day my pns felt strange

it’s on the border between pain and being v.sensitive…
can you suggest what i should do? continue or take a break?

I guess that depends on what you were doing. Jelqing, stretching? You weren’t at it for very long, so it must have been intense. You don’t have to be rough with it to get results.

I’ve been doing just a little bit of jelq and very soft stretching (just looking at some of the stretching pictures on this site makes me terrified). Today that sensation subsided and I will attempt to do a proper routing with wrap-up (I didn’t have it yesterday).

Insensitive Penis

A lot of people complain that their penis is too sensitive. I have the opposite problem, an insensitive penis: oral is boring, can be hard to keep-it-up, post-mature ejaculation. Most attempts at PE give Negative PI’s – so I don’t do it.

What I would like to know, is if anybody has ideas/experiences to increase sensitivity of the penis, particularly the glans?

I wonder if anyone knows of any techniques or solutions to lessen the sensitivity of the glans because when I hang or stretch with an extender, the head gets very sensitive after about 20-30minutes and becomes really uncomfortable. There isn’t a circulation problem and the glans isn’t blue or anything, it just gets really sensitive. I feel that if I can lessen the “pinching” and stingy sensation that I can hang or stretch for much longer periods. I’ve tried benzocaine 20% creams to desensitize it and it doesn’t really do that much.

Any tips?

I’m only 2 months into PE and my erection has improved dramatically.Now it’s rock hard like a wood especially during jelging.Now it becomes an issue because I find it very difficult to do stretching for the penis comes up erected after warming up.So I have to wait long time for it to subside before I can start my stretching.After a couple of stretches, the erections come up again.Also my jelging use to be difficult for my hands because of the rock hard erections.

Any tips on how to reduce the erections?

To get more sensitivity, I advise to do hanging.

I had normal sensitivity. With 12+ lbs and 20 minutes sets, and a 2-3 hours session every day, in less than two months I have got insane sensitity making hanging a real torture!! I am uncut.

To avoid erections, you can jerk before PE or increase the warm up duration to 10-15 minutes.

I’m in the same boat my friend. I keep doing the PE because I’ve been getting positive P.I.’s and gains but no change in sensitivity.

I use to have a pretty tough penis but after I hung a little bit more than my usual 20 mins it feels sore and kinda hurts when I hang on my usual weight (10lbs) but I have done that for a few weeks now. How do I know if it’s soreness or actual damage?

I had the same thing with hanging. I had to stop for one month and then it disappeared. I am waiting few months before to come back to hanging, just the idea to get the soreness again makes me shiver. I bet that you are uncircumcised like me. You should diminue the weight and/or the duration of your sets/sessions in the future.
