Pee problemo

When I have to go pee I have to wait approx. 20-30 seconds before it starts to flow.. Could this be due to strong PC-muscles? This problem has just developed during last month, before that, pee started flowing instantly - like niagra falls do. ;) I build muscles pretty soon when I work out due to genetics.. Done PC-squeezes for about 3 months.

Another thing that has been bugging me is that the skin at the base of my penis gets very irritated and red when I jelq (with lub) , that has also recenlty occured to me. :(

I can live with these things if I gain, but if anyone has any kind of advice - I’d be happy. :)

Maybe you are unconciously flexing the PC muscle - next time you go to pee pay attention and see if you are completely relaxed down there.

About the skin irritation - it may be a reaction to the lub - try to use another one and see what happens. If that does not help, reevaluate your technique, you might be using too much pressure on the base where you get the skin irritation.
