PE Injury Need Help Please

PE Injury Need Help Please

Hello I began a clamping session today after 30 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of jelqing. As soon as I started clamping the left side of my penis head went kind of numb. I’ve never had a PE injury or any pain so I continued for 10 minutes. After removing the clamp it didnt go away and I got this weird feeling where a dark spot has been on my penis head for a few weeks. Im really freaked out Its gotten better but i still have kind of a numb feeling in that area. What have I done can anyone help that has experienced this?Is it permanent? Please help me!

Sounds like a possible small bleed inside there and some nerve pressure. NEVER continue with pain or numbess, thats your first warning, if you ignore it you can go on to bigger and more severe injuries.

Take a few days off and see what happens. If it starts to get better, then you should use heat and gentle massage for a few weeks until it is totally normal again. The heat and massage are to aid circulation and healing and it IS NOT FOR A BIGGER DICK!!!! It should be done for improved circulation…thats all.

Unless you have a spare dick somewhere, take better care of this one and give it time to heal.

Listen to what sparkyx said.

You somehow stressed a nerve or a nerve bundle. Give it a rest.

Do you think there is anyway for us to know that over the internet? As I said, give it a few weeks until it feels totally normal. Once it does, start with a newbie jelquing routine and condition for a few months before you try it again.

Next time, start with a few minutes of clamping and SLOWLY add time, while paying close attentions to your PIs. If you get any feelings like you did before…IMMEDIATELY STOP!!!! Pain or numbness is a warning that you are doing too much or too high pressures.

I say get to know your unit a little better before you try clamping at all.
