PE gave me ED

I hurt my dick somehow with a newbie porgram from DLD’s website that I did did everyday for 7 days, without noticing any sharp pain or erection problem during this time. My last session was 7 weeks ago, then my flaccid dick suddenly turtled up, got hard and not easy to get erect. A few days later after this it started to hang more loose and looked bigger, this is still the case. I used to have a fully functional dick, that turtled up a lot. That was the reason for me looking into PE anyways, because it was so embarresing to walk around with a small flaccid dick, now it hangs bigger and the erections are soft. I have to take viagra to get a 90% erection. The program was like this:
Stretch 3 sets x 30 seconds every possible direction, i.e up, down, down to the left etc.
One rotary stretch for 25 rounds
300 wet jelqs
Some ball massage and some ball stretching

Why did I stop after 7 days? Because of too many newbie spots, so I wanted to make things heal. After I stopped, all hell broke loose and my dick hasn’t been the same ever since. This is seriously brainfucking my head, so if I annoy you or anyone else, then try to look at things from my perspective. I have to focus everyday so I wont loose my mind, and last night while being a little drunk I lost it big time. That will not happen again. I am 24 years old, not obese, don’t smoke, in fairly good shape, have never experienced ED until now and with viagra I get 90% erection that hurts. Something is clearly wrong with my dick, and off course this affects the mind also, but I try stay as relaxed as possible and take more tests at the urologists. The whole reason me posting here was to talk to people that might have gone through the same. I have read some posts from a jtmorgan 10 and we seem to have a similar injury with our dicks, so I PM’ed him, but he hasn’t answered. Ever since my first post I all have done is to prove to the non-believers that this is real, and it still is, my dick hasn’t changed, but but my mind has. I would gladly take back my small flaccid dick, and walk around naked so everyone could see how small it looked, I would just have laughed about it, I have a much bigger problem right now, and it really puts things in life in perspective when you have an injury like this.

I can pretty much relate to all of this, and I have read and spoken to some other people having the same problem.
I just think that some people have a dick that gets injured more easy than others, such as me. Bad luck.

I’m sorry to say, but I think I was right with my first diagnosis.
Your penis may never heal completely, but you need to give it serious rest for a indefinite period of time. It will get better, maybe not as good as new, but definitely better. I suffered from a very similar injury, which wasn’t induced by PE, but by other trauma to the penis.

Again, you over did your routine. PE is not to blame. You needed to start a lighter program, or use less force. That is why conditioning is a word highly stressed around here. And everyone is encouraged to see what their penis is telling them, and work from there.

I’m sorry for your situation, but right now, the most you can do is rest and heal for a few months, and then slowly work up a routine for penile health reasons as I am doing.

On the bright side, I didn’t get morning wood for almost 2 years, and now I have it almost every day. Don’t despair just rest, you will be alright.

Also look at your eating habits, medication, and other factors, and see if they contribute any to your situation.

I’m 22 and my problem started when I was around 19, I feel for you, but this is not an excuse! I had to go threw a lot while this was happening to me, and I never went overboard because of it. You need to chill out, and relax. This will affect your life no doubt, but it is not the end of it. Being calm will help you not only deal with it, but heal as well. Stress is a real ED factor, and right now you are stressing.

My opinion would be for you not to take Viagra. You have a injury down there and you should restrain from any kind of sexual activity involving the penis. Sad I know, but if you continue to do so you will only make matters worse for your self. You say you feel pain when you get erect from Viagra, well tell me do you play basketball with a injured wrist? No.
You stooped doing PE several weeks ago, but you need to stop using your dick for a while, not just stop PE. No masturbation, and no sex. It sounds horrible, but think of the long term here. The more you damage it, the less you will regain.

Also, can you cum when you are not fully erect, and not on Viagra?

Yes, I can. The viagra thing, was really to check if it wasn’t my mind causing ED. I’m not using it to be sexually active. I will lay of total masturbation/ sex etc. Can I ask what happened to you? And how long you had this condition?

It started when I was 19. I was going out with a incredibly fierce girl who use to ride me like I was a dildo. To top that off I was even masturbating once or twice a day. One night we were going at it extremely hard. I felt no pain, heard no sound, and the next day I had no morning wood. I thought I was just tiered when my erections couldn’t get harder then 80% so I kept having sex and masturbating, until one day I couldn’t get it up at all. After me and my girl broke up, I kept masturbating with a 70% erection that faded away within seconds of no stimulation. I could come with a almost flaccid penis as well. I then met a new girl and I couldn’t keep it up long enough, and she broke up with me after a while of that. That’s when I started looking for answers and found thunders.

The problem has been with me for three years now. Ever since I started PE it’s been drastically better. I over did my routine once since I started and couldn’t get it up for a week.

Learn and read a lot on the forum, rest and heal. In a few months time, maybe even weeks, you will start getting your morning wood back slowly. After a bit more time, you will experience hard erections. That’s when you can ease yourself back into a routine, a very light routine.

For now go out a workout. Summer is here, so swim and keep your self occupied with sports and books. Don’t stress yourself.

Shit. That must have been tough for you. I guess you must have gotten a stronger mind after that kind of experience. I am on my way mentally, and boy am I embarresed about my whole drama queen episode. Somebody, slap this bitch hehe. That is what real men do, they seek alternatives, instead of bitch and complain.

I got the “sponge effect” when I did PE a while ago. (it happened during the days of PE, not during the exercise)

But it wasn’t cause of PE itself, it happened when my girl jerked me off really hard and also somehow bended my dick, and I felt a snap inside my dick (no, not a lig snap).

Next morning I woke up with a large spongy doughnut flaccid, and a spongy not-so-good-as-before erection. I didn’t touch my dick for 2 weeks.

It healed somewhat in a few days, but even now after almost 2 years, when I jerk off, sometimes I get the doughnut effect.

Even if it would have happened during a PE exercise (as in me upping the intensity a little bit and bending my dick during PE), I still couldn’t have blamed PE.

If you go to the gym and snap your ligs cause of too much weight, do you blame body-building? Or do you blame yourself for not reading enough, not knowing your limits etc .

You will be better, the only advice I can give you is dont touch your dick. What have you been doing with it in the last 6 weeks ???

Dunno. Anyway, were you able to get any for of an erection during the time of this “ED” or it just could go up? If you were still obtaining partial erections then that is normal. If that is the case then your dick is just fatigued. Your full erection should return after a few days off.

Kingpole, my routine is under my PE stats. It doesn’t look intense but constant high erection jelq kill your dick quickly. Thats why my dry jelqing is 20minutes, it is hard to keep it up.

No, you don’t know. Why would a few more days make any difference, It’s been 7 weeks. Maybe I will, get better after a long rest, and maybe I wont. If, not, then viagra and pumps for life, perhaps surgery in case of venous leakage. Time will tell, but no PE for me.

I’ve read all your posts to this entire thread. You started out doing PE with considerable anxiety about the size of your flaccid - even avoided sexual possibilities with women where you might expose yourself flaccid to them. That in itself leans toward the possibility of some psychological aspect to your problem.

Most of us get temporary spells of ED and for a great many reasons, including injury. Usually these events don’t bowl us over, but they can. You have been dealing this year with significant depression regarding family issues, add to that your anxiety about your flaccid size, then poor erections which may or may not have been caused by overdoing some exercise during PE.

One of the truly terrible things about having events of ED is that sometimes they do fuck up our heads. We become fearful that they will occur again at a critical time (sex with a partner); we pump out adrenalin; the erection goes downhill. This (fear) becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy occurring again and again. And, notice, in your case you immediately leap to the conclusion that, at age 24, you are facing a life of ED drugs and pumping, which is hardly likely.

I think you have a nasty case of performance anxiety and instead of taking a hard, excuse me, look at that, you are blaming PE.

Here is what will help: Quit PE for now altogether. Do no PE at all. Take your Viagra when sex is likely and enjoy the sex. Realize that most of us are not hung like horses when we are flaccid and that girls understand that that is so. This will all shake out gradually and you will get boners again without ED drugs. Then you can consider whether or not you want to take up PE again in some sensible way for you.

I’ve read mega-thousands of posts to this forum. Most men who take up PE do not get ED; and most men who have ED see some significant improvement to it over the long haul.

I never rejected sex to anyone. Girls come to me, not the other way around, I get horny, I fuck. The whole flaccid size was about me not having relationsshhip because sooner or later you would have to show your flaccid to her, so I avoided relationsship. Meaning a lot of one night stands, and that’s it. I used to think that if I could get my dick bigger erect, flaccid, whatever then hola to relationsships. What a fucked up thought.
