PE gave me ED

Hi there,

I apologise for reopening this unfortunate thread but I can’t seem to start a new one as It’s my first post.
My reason for posting on this particular thread pertains to something I came across a page or two back, which accurately describes my predicament.

[QUOTE=RootCap]

My dick shriveled up to about 2 inches and had a weird firmness to it also. My dick would not respond to any attempt to get it hard either. Thankfully it did respond to viagra after about 3 days and I was on to the cure once again.

Let me tell you when your dick resembles a cold 3 day old elbow noodle that fell out of the fridge and got left on the floor, your ass will be freaking out big time. I know, I experienced it.

Hope it’s ok that I slightly edited the text but that’s the gist of it.
I’ve been to see urologists and they seem pretty clueless about it, and experts in any online Q&A sites seem to be totally stumped to boot. It’s been three months now and I have seen no improvement at all, so I am really hoping that someone here can at least let me know what is causing this.

I can only say that I seemed to ‘dislocate’ my old chap at the base initially. It didn’t really seem that bad at the time, but I’m getting a bit worried now.

I would welcome your help,

Cheers.

Describe the injury in more detail.
It sounds to me like a ligament issue, pulled it strained it perhaps. Does it hurt? Pain could rock your willies world and unless the pain is dealt with it will continue to be a problem.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Hi and thanks,

The thing is, I never had any pain at all, I just felt a slight pull and it shrivelled up and went totally hard. I must have damaged something though, as an ultrasound indicated bruising (hematoma), but apparently no fracture.

All the ‘sponginess’ that goes with a flaccid penis has gone, as if all the blood has drained out, so consequently I now have what amounts to a two inch permanent erection as I’m unable to force any blood into it.

Things are a little better when I’m relaxed and it seems to soften, but it literally petrifies as soon as I try to induce an erection and sometimes for no apparent reason.

I can tell you It was a relief to come across Rootcap’s post, and also one or two others who describe these symptoms out there in cyberspace, but ultimately no one seems to have any real answers to the problem beyond a possible tear in the tunica. I do however need to know as much as I can as to the ‘how and the why’ for this because solid information on the condition is just not there.

I’m making a heartfelt appeal here gent’s, I wasn’t even PE’ing at the time.

Thanks.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to suggest that PE is incapable of causing ED. Maybe SAFE PE is unlikely to cause ED, but most of us, especially big gainers, have taken risky chances. I’d say any of the advanced PE techniques have major potential for injury, as well as some of the newbie exercises if done improperly. This instance of ED, as Nilsen has pointed out, is not the first nor will it be the last. This illustrates that safety is of the essence. While we’re all overly anxious to increase our ding-dong masses, we need to remember that it is a gradual process which requires great care, a gentle hand, and much persistence. Anyone beginning PE should expect to see very modest gains, if any, for months. PE is a long road, and it’s truly worth it, but it takes patience. Nilsen, I’m sorry to hear that you hurt yourself. Surely something in your mind said to be gentler with yourself, although, as I previously said, I can understand being anxious to get the ball rolling. Let’s not attack Nilsen for his problem. Clearly, he is a person who has a big problem due to his PE endeavors. Nilsen, work on kegel exercises because they’re your best bet at this point. ‘Nough said.

Recognize.

Any updates on your condition Zonqor?

Worrying about it as much as you seem to be can cause problems on it’s own! Don’t panic. I gave myself ED for about a month because I was so worried that I was doomed and it wouldn’t get erect.

I might be wrong about this being anxiety but I know something that would help regardless.

Try taking the following herbs. I don’t know much about dosage yet so you will have to do this yourself, but I am still studying their effects.

Make a mixture of Olive oil (as a carrier oil), lavender, rosemary, vitamin E oil (not symphetic). Add this to your penis every now and then, and apply heat. It feels great and makes me erect on it’s own. I also use this as a lube when masturbating - but I don’t recommend it as it burns a bit if you use it this way. (I am odd)

Now, for the oral part… (don’t get too excited, I mean pill form).

You will need damiana, gingseng, muira puira, horny goat weed and ginkgo biloba… That will sort out your circulation and make you as horny as a bull convention. Once again, get advice on the dosage.

Good luck :)

Thanks Monster,

I managed to open a new thread on this forum (Firm/flaccid) if anyone’s interested in shedding any light on the subject. I didn’t intend to hijack this thread.

Anxiety plays a big part, but the physical symptoms are all too real. Four or five people on Thunders seem to have been saddled with this one, I just wish someone could offer definitive explanations for it.

Hi nilsen. About your ED. Our subconcious can often seem to be working against us but alot of the time it’s trying to tell us something. Maybe your afraid to get too close to a lady for whatever reason (it could be one of many). I’m not saying your problem is psychological but it’s worth checking out just in case cause if it is you’ll have obstacile after obstacile and you might eventually end up causing yourself or the little fella some damage. PE won’t make you happy it will only increase the size of your penis. Best of luck.

Depressing thread. ED is often physical. Was this guys problem caused by PE? Maybe. It can’t be proved, but we should be open to the possibility intstead of sweeping it under the rug. The penis is like any other body part and can be damaged! It is not always mental! That is a cop out. There have been threads on other forums of members complaining about similar symptoms. To me, the fact his morning wood is greatly diminished points to an organic cause.

There is no doubt that excessive intensity in PE will reduce morning wood. Any part of the body that has been over-worked needs rest. If you run a marathon one day, you don’t expect your legs to want to play football the next day. That doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with your legs; they just need rest.

Some guys get so engrossed in PE, they continuously do too much, too soon, and continue that way with little rest and ignoring negative PI’s.

It’s no different to any other exercise; if you push you body beyond failure all the time it will eventually fail and end up with an injury.

If you try to use far more intensity than your penis can handle, of course it can be damaged in a single session: if you can squat 200 and suddenly try to squat 300, something is going to be injured.

When starting PE with the newbie routine the penis should experience no more ‘trauma’ than it would get from a vigorous masturbation session, and be built up from there. New exercises should be added lightly and cautiously, and built up slowly, just as with any other exercise. With this approach, most guys get better morning wood and a healthier penis within a short time of starting PE.

For any age of guy, there may be underlying physical/organic causes of ED; high blood pressure, diabetes, etc., but these are more common in older guys. If a medical condition is possibly the cause of ED, a doctor’s help should be sought.

For any age of guy, there can be mental causes ranging from depression to performance anxiety. Again, a doctor or psychiatrist should be consulted if the problem is long term.

And anyone can overdo their PE. Most of us do at some point, and experience brief periods of PE induced ED. Rest is indicated.

If someone fairly new to hanging tries hanging 20lb, or someone new to pumping decides to see what 10Hg feels like, or someone new to clamping tries to clamp at full pressure for even a very few minutes, then they are inviting an injury (and subsequent ED) which may not respond to rest. But that is not the ‘fault’ of PE.

So yes, PE can cause ED, just the same as bench pressing can cause a torn pec, or running can cause a sore knee. But by using common sense and staying within the boundaries of what your penis can handle, PE should only ‘cause’ a larger, healthier penis.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Intelligent post firegoat.

I never get to the point in Jelging where it hurts or is sore. Maybe it gets tired but never the latter.

Yeah he’s lying to you ? Going to make a whole long post. Just to lie.

Ok after reading the post it does seem strange, I just got annoyed because I have a similar problem which I’ve not resolved, yet.

Your best bet, rather than depend of advice from an online forum, is to visit your doc. Write down all of your symptoms and ALL of the questions you want to ask him. Make two copies, give him one and you keep one. Don’t let him blow you off. If you are not satisfied with any of his answers, ask for explanations.

If he doesn’t help, find a new doc.
