PC Muscle Injury.Should I continue?

I started doing kegels about a month ago. I went beast mode on the reps. I used too much force and I think my PC muscle have injured and right now there is light cramp or soreness/pain in that area. My question: Can I continue doing stretches? I know I should avoid kegeling completely and also avoid jelqing since jelqing requires blood in the penis. But is stretching ok? It doesn’t hurt much but I can feel it. It has been a week and a half since the pain has occurred. Thanks guys!

Stretching should be fine but rest is better.

Ok. I am doing light stretching which is three times a day, 3-5min each, and I am not pulling very hard. But whenever there is a hard erection I can feel the pain, but not too painful. Is it considered severe injury?

I hope you figured out that beast mode and pe just don’t work well together.

You will not do not even one kegel for a week starting today. Not one.

After that and when the pain dissapears, go back to what you were doing. Just don’t do more than 50 kegels max a day IMO from now on.

No, it’s not a serious injury, it’s common. No PE at all will cause faster recovery.
