So Ive been having pain when I stretch directly downward or down and to the right. Only these angles. It hurts where my dick meets my body. For awhile, I thought it was the stretching of the skin that caused the pain, until I felt around in this area.

Where my dick meets my body and very Slightly to the left of center, I feel a tiny knot (size of a Nerd candy) that is tender. It appears to be on the ligament area..

Does anybody have info/experience on this?

FYI, Ive been taking it fairly light last couple weeks. 1-2 hard sessions a week, then a couple 5 min light routines. I also had my first lig pop (i believe it was) 2 weeks ago…

NO to all of your questions. Only pain when pulling straight down and down to the right. Or when I directly dig my finger onto the tiny knot, there is discomfort.

So an update. Im having increased pain in that area, even though I stopped P.E.

The only direction I dont get pain is If i pull up and slightly left (it avoids pulling that left side lig).

So pretty much every direction I get pain. Sharp pain, and its not as isolated.. I feel some pain along the left side of my shaft too now.

Also, when erect, normally my dick aims upward. This is normal. Now if I push my erection down, there is pain (never before).

Very faintly i feel pain in the area if I kegel hard enough.

Obviously, Ive stopped all P.E. even piss pulls.

So what do you think??

So try stopping ( and not keep checking ) all pe for 2-3 weeks and see if you’re better, which I bet you will be. When you resume remember that you are pulling, at least in one direction, way too hard.

That tender spot you describe sounds like ligament strain. I would start icing it 20 mins per day. wrap the ice pack in a shirt to keep from hurting your skin with the cold and take a single 200mg ibuprofen if it hurts. That may reduce the inflammation you feel when you press on it.\

Also, like Jimmy said, I’d lay off for at least a fortnight or so.

No i havent, because it only hurts if i pull on it. I didnt think its serious enough..im hoing it isn’t.. You guys are scaring me.

SO, Ok, I don’t have those symptoms. The lump is way smaller than a nerd candy, I don’t know something small enough to describe; and it isn’t quite my groin. Its right above where my dick meets my body, just slightly to the left. My groin is way far away to the left.

How about this. I will ice it every day for a couple weeks. Then try light P.E. again. If it comes back or gets worse, I will go in.

Its kind of embarrassing, and I don’t want to go in unless I need to.

So ive found something new from accidently starting a piss pull. The pain is on the left side, a little left of the middle.

very specific area,from where my dick meets my body, straight down the shaft in a straight line to almost the head.

I feel a hard line! Almost like a skinny wire. Feels like the dorsal nerve except Its skinnier than the dorsal nerve that runs down the shaft in the middle..

Is this another nerve?

That sounds like…Probably the upper part of the septum/tunica. Right below the Dorsal veins.

There’s a theory that says what you feel there may limit length gains. HOWEVER. Let me remind you…

You are recovering from an injury from tugging on your penis!

So, please. Stop tugging. Rest. Recover. Explore more when you are less afraid of injury. I mean while you are curious, I don’t think it’s terribly relevant right now UNLESS you keep tugging.

Yea im not doing P.E. I am resting. The light piss pull was painful.

I was doing some reading…some described what you said:septum, however my cord is to the left of this septum area.

some describe this same cord..some say its a thrombosed vein…
