Pain in the Urethra After Jelqing

Good morning,

I am doing the newbie routine, and I am experiencing some pain in the urethra after/during my jelqing session. I also experience a little bit of pain during the FIRST urination after the session. I am using the “ok” sign and milking the unit correctly I think. Should I be focusing on squeezing the corposa cavernosa only?

Is there a different grip to use to jelq for length and girth that does not “squish” the urethra during the stroke? My unit aches minimally after workouts, but no “pain” per se. What is the correct about of pressure to squeeze with during a jelq. Detailed explanations and/or any pic’s of the grips woulds help greatly, and be appreciated.

I’m moving this to the Injuries forum in hope that it might receive more attention.

It’s aggravated my friend, I would take a minimum of a few days off and than ease back the workout somewhat until your don’t get a repeat of the pain. If you keep it up you might notice blood next which happened to me at one time from getting carried away:) .

You most likely squeezed too hard. Its happened to me too. Take a few days off and do what Dino says.

I have been pretty careful to watch my PI’s. The itching and pain in the urethra has nearly disappeared. I jelq at a good 60% erection level now, and my unit feels like it is starting to get conditioned. I am jelqing so much better now, that after I am through with my exercise, my unit stays “plump” with a good hang, and it is difficult to do any good manual stretching. So, I will make sure to get adequate stretching done before I get into my jelqing.

I am just getting creative, and going with “feel”, rather than time or number of reps. Some day, I’ll reach my 8.5 x 6.25 goal. I hope. :)

I think I’m having the same problem although I don’t even know where the urethra is located for sure. I have been doing some jelqing and squeezing for about a month and half and have seen some gains too. But 2 days ago after a good workout I noticed I had gotten 2 of the red dots on the under side of my tool, they are small and I read it is fairly normal so I continued and worked out again the next day and everything seemed ok. But today I am noticing a little bit of a dull pain underneath the base of my tool. I’m thinking I’m going to take a couple days off, but I’m not even sure if this is pe related. Can anyone shine some light on this for me? Thanks

To me, it sounds like the process of micro tears healing. When I first started PE, it there was a lot of itching and some dull pain. Now, the itch, after a workout is almost non-existent, and the red “micro dots” show up less frequently. I do not worry about the red dots, as I understand them to be considered a neutral PI.

My unit usually aches a little on day 2 or 3 of consecutive workout days. I take it as a sign of healing, which in turn, equals growth, I think.

I’ve been back on PE the last couple of months and I’ve noticed that the day after I get a mild discomfort underneath the end of my penis, in the urethra I’m guessing. My routine was doing a 10min hot wrap, 15-20 mins manual stretches (not too hard), 15-20 mins jelqing, followed by 15 min hot wrap. I’ve been seeing great results too! So kinda bummed about this urethra irritation. I took 5 days off and it went away, but it is coming back now after just 1 PE session last night. What should I do? Thoughts?
