So, if you find getting to grips with a 15 day break is to much, maybe break it down, and start off with a week. That will give you time to mentally prepare for a longer rest period, if needed. After a week, check your P.I.’s, then maybe extend your break to 10, then 15 days. Also during this break you can have a look at your Routine, and spend sometime reading up.

You do appear to be a bit of a repeat offender with regards to over training. Remember, beating a dead dog, is not going to make it grow faster. You need to find a balance, and listen to the vets.

So I basically did the same thing as him in overtraining and feel as though I injured myself. How could it be the end of my PE career? How do I heal?

Currently I have what I’m calling the “jelqing Dick.” Basically what I mean is that before my flaccid penis could shrink in length and girth. Now it’s like I shrink more in girth and my dick is almost always longer than I remember (flaccid). Note that in the 3 weeks I did PE I saw a gain length gain of .4 inches and stupidly did not measure EG. My main concern is that I lost girth with overtraining and that now my dick is forever changed. It’s like instead of having this soft dick that would swell up nicely I have a thinner harder dick (flaccid) that swells up longer yea but thinner in my opinion

These are the two differences. Thoughts?

Its normal for your penis to look thinner when you have gained in length. Doesn’t mean it really is.

You didn’t measure girth before PE so you can’t be sure.. It may only look thinner.

So I came to the conclusion that I definitely did something to my dick. I’m going back to old photos and trying to compare but it seems like I definitely increased my EL by at least .3. I can’t tell much if I increased my girth but I’m hoping I did or stayed the same. The problem that I am noticing comes from a few observations.

1) I now have two indents next to the base of my shaft that were never there.

2) when I’m flaccid my dick doesn’t get as small length wise as it did before. It seems to be smaller girth wise as well but that’s hard to tell. Overall the feel of it flaccid is definitely harder.

3) I get less frequent erections. I haven’t masterbated in a little over a week and a half and only occasionally get morning wood. Also my half chubs are definitely longer but thinner. I’ve just never seen my dick get so long and then so thin at the same time.

I’ll post some pictures soon of before and after. All are on my phone and I’m having a little trouble figuring out how to upload them to this site.

I didn’t take any rest days and did it for a solid 3 weeks

At the end of week one I would finish my routine by masterbating.

I saw your pictures twice, very carefully. I think you are right about the cc. It’s maybe a little less pronounced. Not too much of a difference but I can see it is there.
