I don’t see how doing kegels for an hour straight is harmful. I think that 5 second jelq did it and I bet your grip was tight too. Loosen up on the grip, gotta remember that you’re pushing blood into a certain area. That might have been too much pressure

Accro, i don’t even know what to say right now. I want to thank you for your awesome post, for reading this whole thread… You really helped me here. Your experience is very valuable for me, and i sure will read your threads too!
I never really accepted the fact that i have a sensitive unit. I had a pretty intense, ridiculous routine, and was getting some gains from it. When i implemented jelqing was the point that it got all f…. up. After this, i get very anxious just before every routine (been working on it)… But i do think my penis is more sensible than normal, otherwise i wouldn’t be here writing all this hahah.

I will try this jelqing approach of stopping when losing erection, lets see how it goes!
Luckily i’ve been learning a lot about my penis, by trial and error haha.
It’s incredible how a tiny mistake during the exercises can hurt the penis.
Getting frustrated about not growing, i feel that mostly during jelqing when i see no expansion. Really awful.

Relaxed, positive, and self loving. That’s what i’m aiming for!

My routine was basically:
- 5 seconds Kegel, each followed by a “manual clamp” in the base ~10 times
- 10 seconds Kegel, each followed by a manual clamp ~ 5 times
- One big 30 seconds Kegel
Repeat for 40~60 minutes.

My grip really was kinda tight, when jelqing, in the wrong areas. Working on perfecting it!

The only thing is that, when i was at my worst, my flaccid was really turtled, kind of stiff. It didn’t last long, though, and was probably because of pelvic muscle imbalance.

I FEEL GREAT!

Finally!
I feel like things went back to normal.

My last session was on Thursday. It was the second day on. Pretty good, light routine.
Then i was feeling pretty good on Wednesday. Some random erections here and there.
Thursday i had some sexual activities, and oh boy i felt so good, big and confident. It was all about the pleasure, i wasn’t worried about my size. Felt great. My glans was very sensible, but in a great way. Like a dead tissue that regained life.
Although i was “supposed” to start the routine back again that Thursday night, i chose to take the day off. Was feeling good, but a little bit tired.

Then, Friday came and i had intercourse. Felt great. Didn’t reach climax for some other reasons that don’t matter. I engaged in my routine at night, and it felt so thick! I was so excited, it was hard to control myself! Sometimes i squeezed harder than i should, grip tighter or above the ideal erection level, but nothing too extreme.
It was great! I could feel it, i could see the expansion. Even if i wake up turtled tomorrow, i will be happy, because i feel like i found the right way to do it.

I found out that, during exercises, i tend to unconsciously “suck” my belly, tense it up, breathe very badly or not at all sometimes. It makes such a huge difference to relax into the exercise. I had to turn on the computer to write this all down.

Lets see how it goes from here!

Hey, bill10, you said not to touch the fingers in the overhand grip. I do touch the tip of them, but i don’t touch the CS. I guess that’s fine, right?

Yes, it is prefectly fine and as you can see it is just a matter of time and trials to find the right way for this.

Oh man lol that’s pretty intense on the kegels. I know my grip has been a bit forceful when helping and I start feeling pain right under than the glans so I gave it a break for 4 days. I loosened it since then

Although i felt like doing it right this time, i decided to take some rest and go back to the Linear routine. It has been 5 or 7 days since my last session, and i already see what could be temporary gains fading away.

So I’ll start today, and let’s see how it goes :)

Just finished, and it didn’t went great. I was still anxious. Did a lot of heating and prepared to jelq. My CC’s were stiff, not pliable at all. I feel like i cant move blood.

About the stroke: Is it important to keep trapping blood until the second stroke’s hand grips the base?

Well, the 2 minutes of jelqing i was planning to do turned to 6 minutes.

I don’t know if i rested too much or to little also.

Update.
After my last post, i got in a “1 on 1 off” routine, jelq only, for only 2~3 minutes. And boy, i couldn’t feel better!
Only 10 days and i felt a HUGE difference! My girth has improved and my EQ is through the roof!

I finally managed to get the “pliable penis” feeling. This combined with a “i am making my penis bigger and stronger” mindset made such a difference.
Jelqing feels so good that sometimes i can’t stop doing it, extending it to 5 minutes sometimes.

I never feel or see myself in an expanded state after the routines, though. Sometimes its quite the opposite, like today! But i know i had a good session when i see veins popping out, and I’m always bigger the next morning!

I still get anxious sometimes, right before my sessions, but i feel great!
