Thinking about it, I’ve been doing a large amount of reverse kegels these days, but i don’t really think it did any harm.

When erect, doing reverse kegels feels makes the veins more prominent, the CS harder and i get wider. Feels like opening more spaces for blood to fill. Is this normal?

Yeah. Reverse kegels are good for relieving hard flaccid though, normal kegels agitate the pelvic floor muscle and probably make hard flaccid worse. You probably don’t have hard flaccid if it’s not obvious to you right away.

Kind of worried… Nothing changed, didn’t get better.

All the other times kegels did the harm. I could feel the tension.
Now I’m almost certain that jelqing did it. Maybe too intense, too tight or the wrong grip, i don’t know. What i also don’t know is how to proceed.

Just an update.

Tired of the situation, i decided to do something instead of resting. So i jelqed. Very lightly in the first 5 minutes, and focusing more on the feeling of expansoon than if i was applying pressure on the sides or what not.

Worked wonders! My girth and EQ are getting better, and morning woods slowly returning.

Everything goes perfect for a week or so, and then bam. Wildly smaller. It’s happening too often!

I was jelqing normally,10 minutes, 2 on 1 off as usual. All the sudden, i wake up and my penis is not the same.

Girth and width are ridiculously small, and now i feel some kind of numbness. Tried taking one more day off and getting back to it lightly. Didn’t work. Tried taking 3 days off, and it didn’t seem to get any better. Actually, felt like getting worse (probably because of the anxiety it caused).
Tried the routine again very lightly and nothing.

Could that be too much reverse kegels? Tight grip? Jelqing with slightly high EQ?
I’m desperate

I think you are beating your penis mate.

You do it and you keep doing it and you don’t even know that you are doing it.

I have no other explanation.

Indeed, i do it and I’m not even aware of any damage, because i don’t feel anything unusual during the routines. Its a bit odd.

Sometimes i feel that doing something works better (for example, focusing the pressure on the sides as much as possible). Then i shrink. Then i try the opposite, and it works for some time, then i shrink again. And it repeats.

I’m doing a lot of experimenting right now. Feeling like slowly going back to normal.

The problem is that every time i think I’ve found the solution, i end up shrinking again a few days later.

Had a bad session last night (anxiety didn’t help). Not feeling very good. Resting for today and optimistic for tomorrow.

I think my penis has a curvature that doesn’t help much while jelqing. Maybe i end up focusing the pressure on the wrong side (CS) accidentally. Lets see…

It is possible.

Try jelqing against the curve. If penis points to the left make the strokes to the right.

I understand this is very frustrating but I trust you will find the right way.

Indeed it is, VERY frustrating :frown2: :D
I don’t know how to explain, the curvature is not only to the left, it also makes the penis kind of “rotate” at some point. This way, the left CC faces more torwards the ground than the right CC. This makes it a little bit more difficult i think.

My left and right hand strokes end up being different, thus creating different “effects”. Sometimes i feel like causing a dent to my penis more than creating blood flow…

Im studying jelqing videos for now.

I know exactly what you mean. I have the same curvature, left cc faces towards the floor, but not too much and it is a bit underdeveloped compared to the right one which is huge.

If I had the same left cc as the right one I would easily be close to 6 girth.

You need better finger placement. Watch the angle. I use the overhand grip.
