You are doing too much.

No squeezes, yes, it’s ok to kegel before squeezing , but for now, rest and after that start again with the linear, finish the linear and continue with the newbie.

Finish the newbie nad then you can add squeezes or whatever you want to add.

Your mistake is that you did too much for starters. Yes, you saw results, but there is a reason linear and newbie exists.

To sum it up, rest for a week or two. Do the linear, do the newbie and don’t rush things.

I thought since I was kind of used or “conditioned” to squeezes (and very intense ones) I could throw one or two at the end of my routines and they would do no harm. They just feel so great and do wonders.. I thought it was ok, and indeed it was, when I did only 20~30 jelqs per session.

I guess you are right. No need to rush things.
Will continue the linear routine and move up to the newbie, and only then try again experimenting with squeezes and stuff. I hope I don’t lose any girth in the process :(

As of today, already feeling a tiny bit better. Easily erect while with my girl and improved flaccid size. Nothing near what I was back in the good days though, haha.

I don’t know if my penis retracted to the body or if my pelvic muscles are sore or overworked, but I have a strange feeling just behind the balls. It’s like there is something in there, like urine, I don’t know.
Sometimes, mostly when erect, I also feel this behind the glans and very rarely on the whole urethra, or CS, not sure.

Always felt this in times like these.
Just for the record.

Did you jelq the urethra mate? Didn’t we say pressure only on the sides?

Don’t put pressure on the down side of the penis or on the upper side.

Or don’t pull so hard when you stretch.

Or when you squeezed you put too much pressure on your down side of your penis.

Anyway, it will heal while you are resting. Just don’t do those things again.

One or more of them caused it.

If it is not healed in 10 days congrats you have an inflammation in the urethra you don’t want it to move up in your prostate, so go visit a doc and you will probably get away with only antibiotics.

I always focus on the sides with the OK grip while jelqing. Luckily, I’ve read warnings about applying too much pressure in the wrong areas.
However, after I urinate, I kind of “jelq” with VERY light pressure on the underside of the penis, just to force the remains into a little piece of paper. I do this repeatedly, two or four times. I don’t really think this caused any damage. Been doing this since forever.

I only stretched once. Very light stretching, barely to my NBPEL.

About the squeezes, definitely will be more cautious.. I think I did put a fairly good amount of pressure, on all sides.

I don’t think it’s anything that bad. Usually happens some time after I urinate, and its not that frequent. All I feel is just a little discomfort, no pain or anything else.

Feeling better today.

Woke up with morning wood; Flaccid getting better; Erect length looks normal; Random erections during the day; No “discomfort”.

Erect and flaccid girth are still smaller, but I already feel like I could do the routine again. However, I’ll still take some days off.

Been holding some reverse kegels during the day. I noticed that when stimulating the penis to achieve erection while reverse kegeling makes the veins more prominent. I have no idea why.

Finally a week since my last PE session.
EQ is great. Sex is great. Feel like i have a longer Erect Length, but wont measure until after i start and finish the newbie rouine. Flaccid is not at the best (not turtled at least), but thats because of the week off i guess. Girth is okay, not at its best aswell.

Definitely feeling a lot better and ready to start again :)
Will be doing only 5min jelqing for now, nothing else, not even stretches.

It’s said not to jelq the urethra. But what about that way of jelqing with one finger pressing on the CS?

And about kegels; When contracting, should i aim to make it as engorged as possible or as hard/erect as possible? Tried asking this at “Ask what ever you want” but got no answers.

IMO better not jelq the CS. I know what are you talking about but, I think it’s better not to jelq the CS. My opinion.

About kegeling, I would say engorged is better.

Thinking about it now, things started going wrong when i did kegel focusing more in the penis/top area rather than middle/low closer to the anus area.

I think i finally did jelq in the right way!
After only a couple of sessions my penis got wider, girthier, and my EQ through the roof!
Sex feels great. I already notice the difference.
Unfortunately i got very sick this weekend. Still can get pretty good erections and face a(nother) sex marathon but i think i should rest, maybe take two or three days off, am i right?

Feeling optimistic anyway :)

My penis is shrunk all day, especially in girth. My length didn’t suffer much if any this time, but girth/width is awful right now. EQ is pretty bad as well, lack of morning wood and not that hard erections (feels like the CC’s are as spongy as the CS, which is also kind of smaller at the moment).
Everything was perfect. Then i got very sick. Despite having a larger than normal penis and the best EQ ever, i think it may have lowered my ability to recover from PE “damage”. This added to only 5 hours of sleep per week might have played a big role in this.

My routine was simple and efficient, only 10 minutes of slow jelqing focusing on the sides, then, some edging just to maintain the expansion for a couple of minutes. Lots of heat before and after and hardly any kegels.

As my width was smaller, my jelqing grip ended up putting some pressure where it shouldn’t, i guess.

Took a couple of days off, used plenty of heat whenever i could… Will try some very mild stimulation and light jelqing tonight to see how it goes.

I feel like climbing 2 steps and falling back one repeatedly.
Oh well
Time to climb again!

In my book, rest is the top most important factor for growth and recovery. Since you are not doing too much routine-wise, eighter your condition (desease) or lack of rest is leading you to this path.

I got the flu. A very bad one, haha.
Feeling great now, practically cured! No medications at all.

Yeah, i think you are right. I’m trying to sleep 7+ hours daily now.

Penis still shrunk, especially in flaccid state. Horrible girth/width, no morning wood. Veins are still prominent, which is odd.
My libido is pretty bad this whole week though.
Yesterdays routine didn’t seem to help substantially, so i might just rest for a while.
I’m very upset.
