Kegels are definitely a problem for me, though. Nothing too serious, just need to find that sweet spot, as I tend to push it too far.

Frustration.
Everything was going great. My routine was 10min jelqs and ~10 minutes edging afterwards, with few kegels here and there and one or two 10 seconds manual clamp. Lots of veins, feeling longer than ever, erections all the time.
Thursday my penis was not looking very healthy, so I took some time off.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Wasn’t getting any better, so yesterday I started again, but now I also stretched for the first time ever. 20 seconds, very lightly, all directions. Shocked seen how thin it got. After that I heated up some more and started jelqing. It was not a good session. Started edging, not that easy to make it erect. A little loss of sensation. Started kegeling some more to get it engorged. It was so much thinner and a little bit shorter (low libido mixed with anxiety probably). No popping veins, less width. The frustration was so big that I started doing these kegel+manual clamps hoping to get it fuller. Ended up ejaculating at the end. Dripping out instead of shooting it far.

Right now my penis is so thin it hurts, especially flaccid. Very small head, no random erections, absurdly smaller girth. This is literally driving me mad, getting me anxious and messing it all up some more. What should I do?

Yeah, I think Bill is right. You are just lucky you haven’t injured yourself. If you do injury yourself, it could be the end of your PE career.

So, if you find getting to grips with a 15 day break is to much, maybe break it down, and start off with a week. That will give you time to mentally prepare for a longer rest period, if needed. After a week, check your P.I.’s, then maybe extend your break to 10, then 15 days. Also during this break you can have a look at your Routine, and spend sometime reading up.

You do appear to be a bit of a repeat offender with regards to over training. Remember, beating a dead dog, is not going to make it grow faster. You need to find a balance, and listen to the vets.

I’m surely taking some good time off..
I’m thinking about taking a month off from kegels, and then “re-learn” it. Always gives me problems, and I’m sure they were harmful again this time.

Note that this very likely may be for a large part a mental issue.

Whenever I’m in a horny mood (usually when I know I’m gonna have sex with a new girl in a few days), I have spontaneous erections and much bigger flacid hang.

Now for example that I found out I didn’t grow any girth in the two months I’ve been jelqing I’m pretty bummed out over it and my penis responds by not giving me too much morning wood. Before I measured two days ago I felt much more veiny and confident that it grew a bit so I was feeling way more energetic about sex and my penis, so I had almost a constant big flacid hang and would get erect in seconds. A large part is mental and has nothing to do with the actual routine.

When you start again, try figuring out what you did wrong.

For example if you were ok with 3 days straight and the fourth one caused the issue, you are looking perhaps on 3 days on and one day off schedule. That’s maybe the best for you.So your body showed you your routine days.

The erection and libido issues are partially psychological, caused by your overtraining. The penis or PC Muscles or both are allready tired, giving bad erection quality, seeing that affects you more and you are having even worst erection quality and libido.

It’s nothing, Your penis tries to protect itself. Don’t think about it, give it a good rest.You ‘ll be fine.

By the way, be very carefull when jelqing don’t kegel subconsciously to pump more blood.Cause if you are doing 100 jelqs you are also doing 100 one sec kegels and we all know where that leads. Especially if you are kegeling as a separate exercise.

By the way, things started going wrong around December 12th. I was doing 40+minutes of intense kegels + manual clamps DAILY. Around 60 jelqs 2 on 1 off. Was 1 month into this routine. My girth has never been so big and my EQ was awesome. But then I had the most stressful week of my life, and since then things started getting bad and were never the same. I don’t understand exactly what happened (and keeps happening) nor why.

I think I am the opposite, when my penis is at its best, I get in a great mood and libido through the roof! But when things start getting bad, I get kind of depressed.

When I see myself smaller than usual, I get anxious and this makes everything worse. For example when I stretched for the first time Monday, and saw that 1 finger wide penis (by the way, is that normal?).

I did PE for about a week without any kegels, only jelqing and some reverse kegels, as I felt it helped to relax the pelvic floor muscles. My width was good, frequent erections, big prominent veins, but still king of thin, lacking “height” or “depth” girth and small glans.

Then I started slowly implementing some kegels and those few manual clamps that I call squeezes.
Head got bigger, but veins were less prominent, especially the dorsal. My width didn’t look as big, but that could be just in my mind, as it felt a lot girthier and fuller in my hands. Waking up with a good heavy flaccid instead of thin but raging morning wood.

Everything goes great for a while. 2 on 1 off. Then all the sudden my penis shrinks like now.

I’m trying to find the root of the problem. Although I think its kegels or even the squeezes, I don’t understand why I never had anything like this doing much more intense routines daily for almost a year.

Anyways, going to start again when I feel better. Jelqing and stretching only. Then slowly implementing squeezes to find out if they are the problem. Finally, will try kegels again. Meanwhile, will read as much as I can.
