Overtraining Or What?

Hi guys,
I tried to search something about this issue and I was not able to find any thread related to my problem.
First of all: I am into PE from November 2016 and have some nice results since then (+2 cm length, 1 cm girth), mainly using an extender.
I stopped 1 week in August and from the beginning of September I followed this routine:
- 5 mins warmup
- 15 mins stretching
- 300 jelqs
- 5 mins warm down
- Wearing ADS with a good tension for 10-11 hours per day
5 days on/ 2 off

I have good night erection, but I noticed that if I try to masturbate I have the stimulation of ejaculate even if the penis is not fully hard.

Is it normal or maybe I am in over-training?

Have I to stop for like 10 days, stop with ADS, and start from scratch with the newbie routine?

Sounds like you EQ is a little bad at the moment. Halt the extender for a few day. Ease back on the amount of jelqs. Take a few days off with edging being your only form of PE till EQ is back up to where it should be before continuing. Without good EQ gains will be hard to come by.

I will try to stop with extender and decrease the number of jelqs.

I will look at EQ in the next few days to see if they improve.

I have the same issue with not being able to get a full hard erection after 1 month with PE. I also feel the sensation to ejaculate when penis is at 50% when edging. I’m just wondering what you did to get better.

Take a few weeks off. Resume with less intensity.

Nah, leave it alone. Honestly there’s no point in edging if you currently have low EQ and would just make your dick more tired anyway

I have the same information as those who just recommend “rest”.

But, anyway, let’s let them decide whether to rest or stop.
