Numbness

The area on the lower left side of penis close to scrotum plus most of left side of scrotum feels numb to the touch. Also, this area - lower left side of penis - is lighter in color as if it is not getting much blood flow.

I believe this happened as a result of trying to stretch my scrotum using the sock method mentioned in this forum. I believe I kept the sock covered rings on way too long and used too many rings.

I have had this numbness and discoloration now since around June/2004.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Your options are basically limited in two: 1) Just wait and see if it gets better, or 2) Go to a doc to check it out, just to be sure and then just wait and see if it gets better. Added to this, you ofcourse shouldn’t do any exercises that limit blood flow to this aforementioned area.

How dramatic is the tone difference?
