I have hardly done any stretching since I began PE over a month ago. I did do some blasters a few days ago (sunday), but at the same time I tried some vet-exercises (as I said in another post here). But I think it’s the stretches that do it, because yesterday, when I did some PE again after resting since sunday, the spots I’d gotten last sunday were gone. I mainly did some blasters and stretches yesterday, and today morning I discovered another spot, but on the right side of the head instead. So I think I must be holding the dick really strange or something.

I’m uncut, and I hold it like you hold your dick when you jack off, except that I just grab it below the glans and pull out. Should I try something different?

These spots are freaking me out =(

edit: I just remembered that I haven’t done any hot wraps in a while.. maybe that’s it?

If you’re gripping it like when you masturbate that probably means your hand is closer to your body on the shaft and the head is beyond your hand. Right? If so you’re trapping blood in the glans and the pressure caused by the stretching is forcing that blood into the skin. Try gripping your penis with your hand coming to it from beyond the end and holding the glans within your closed fingers and thumb. This tends to squeeze blood out of the glans and that will probably decrease the spotting. Putting talcum (baby) powder on your fingers and palm will help with this type of grip.
