Hello guys! I’m from the spanish forums so I’m sorry for my english.

Here is the thing. I started with the newbie routine the last days of october until I had to stop the first days of december because I was having a pain in the left side of my shaft which I still feel. I feel like a kind of bump. I must say that it is a mild pain and that I have no problems with my erections. I’ve thinking that it may be a trombosed vein or something like that but I’m not sure. Is it possible that in such a short period of time I got an injury like that?

I really would like to know about a case like this because the time I did PE I saw no gains but I think it works - If it didn’t there would not be the amount of people there is here - and I REALLY want to make grow my friend, since I feel it is small.

Anyone?

What were you doing? How much of what exercise were you doing? How long? How many days?

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I was doing the newbie routine this way:

- Warm up 5-10 minutes.
- Stretching 10-12 minutes. Straight out. Down. Right. Left. Up. (Holding each one a minute).
- Warm up again 5 minutes.
- 100-150 wet jelqs.
- Warm up 5 minutes.

The only difference between this one and the original newbie routine is that I did more warm up and held each stretch for a minute instead of 30 seconds.

I followed this routine from October 27th until December 5th when I first felt the pain. I was doing 2on/1off but I missed some days.

I must say that the last two weeks I started doing a little more pressure and sometimes I had some very small red spots on the glans and on the shaft but they would totally disappear one or two hours after the routine.

Then in January the 5th or 6th I did this routine because I thought that I was OK:

- 30-40 dry jelqs.
- 2 stretches straight out for 30 seconds each one.

After two days in I felt the pain was still there and decided to stop again.

I have no problems with the erections. Yesterday I was with my gf and we didn’t had sex but my penis got an erection pretty quickly and it stayed for a long period. Some hours after the erection I feel some pain.

I went to the urologist and he didn’t touched me. He said that it may be varicocele because sometimes I have some little pain in the left testicle but I don’t think it is the real problem. He told me to do some studies and come back.

Hey guys!

Today I went to get done the studies the doctor told me. It seems that I do have varicocele. But I don’t think that’s the cause of my pain.

It may a little stubborn but I think that it is a thrombosed or varicose vein but when I went to the doctor I think he didn’t really understand what my problem was or maybe I didn’t explained it to him well. I’m going to make another appointment this week to show him the results and to try to explain to him what I feel.

What worries me is the cause of this discomfort. I did the routine that I told you before and I think it was not hard enough to have this injury but i don’t know.
