Hey guys,

Long time lurker here, been doing PE on and off for a couple months now.

Anyway, I’ve been doing more or less the newbie routine, with maybe a little more intensity on the stretches and the jelqs toned down a little.

Recently (about a week ago) I “kicked it up a notch” (quite a bit actually), and I stretched alot during one particular routine.

Now ever since that, my erections seem really weak and smaller even. But mainly weak and a little hard to maintain.

Do you think I could have injured myself? Is it permanent? Anything I can do to help it?

From my knowledge of it, ED is from blood vessel damage, right? Could I possibly have done that?

I doubt it is permanent. Just take a couple days off for rest. Your woody should be back pretty quickly.

Same story has been told dozens of times here. Stop trying to get an erection when the body does not want to. It heals in its own time, dont force it. Like Thunder said “stop thinking about it”

Take a couple of weeks off, let your erection return naturally. If it hurts take two aspirin.
