Hi! Today I did my first pumping session with a Lap pump. The issue is that.. I started with the warming, then I did 6mins of pumping, then jelqs, and finally another 3-4mins of pumping to feel again that rare new sensation. Well the issue is that.. The first sensation after the session was good, I felt it heavier and big. Buuut.. After some time, I ended feeling it much more small than usual: I thought.. “Hey that may be normal”, but today after waking up, I also noted that I’ve lost potency and arousal capacity. Is it very bad? Is it normal? Thank you.

It seems you have used too high a vacuum and over-used the pumping. One pumping session is enough to get started with it.

And you would be better not Jeloing in the early stages of pump use. You don’t say how long you have been doing the standard exercises. But you need to condition your dick to take on these more advanced forms.

You really have to build up the pump-time and pressure with time. Yes its normal to lose potency and arousal if you overdo pumping. Start at 3Hg with 5 minute sets. Never go above 7Hg no matter how conditioned you are, it will only cause bad discoloration, and I’m talking from my own experience.


Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

I’ve been doing Jelqs for more than 1 year. So I thoguht I was ready for that. I didn’t feel any bad thing beyond the pressure and inflated veins.

My question is again, this potency I have lost, is normal? Will I recover it? Should I quit pumping? Thanks.

Sorry TenInchGoal, I didn’t see your answer: Will I recover it? Or have I lost it forever? I really see like if I had lost all what I gained with Jelqs :(

I’m starting to think that it was a very bad idea trying the pumping. Today I did my second sesion and it happened again.

I used it at 2hg, 9mins, and now I have the smallest size I’ve had in much.. Much time.

You are freaking out over nothing. Yes, you will totally recover. Just stick with it and your results will improve. The first thing to do is get it out of your head that you have done major damage. You have not. Think positive and your results will be positive. Use 3 to 4”hg for 8-10 minutes and after your pump routine maintain an erection for 10 minutes or so to help lock in the results.

One pump routine is no where near enough to decide if pumping is for you. Give it at least a month for you to get comfortable with the pump and you will get hooked.

Gprent: then if pumping is good for me, why do I end sessions having a very little ‘shrinked’ size that I never have? Besides.. I’m seeing that now I easily release.. A kind of precum.. Instead of getting erections. I started with pumping when I really had achieved very good conditions with jelqs.. And that’s what is making me feel really bad. I think that “easy precum” may be due because pumping opens/swells veins and arterys and probably because of that though, I should have better erections now and not worse or imposible ones ;/ Though this also happened me some months ago with jelqs and it was because I needed a harder train.

I’ll try what you say gprent, I’ll try to be positive and thinking that pumping is doing something good to me, even when evidence says it’s not. One more thing I would need to know: If I’m doing 20 min of jelqs and then is when I use pumping, Am I doing the right thing?

Just do 5 minutes of jelqing before you do the pump. Then do about 8 minutes of pumping and then do another 5 minutes of jelqing. Try then to finish with an erection for 10 minutes. If you can’t finish with an erection, you are going a bit overboard, probably with the jelqing. Take it slow and easy. PE should feel good and therefore erections should come easy when you are done.

Should I quit pumping if they don’t? I used to feel really good after intensive jelq sessions, having good thickness, size, and being easy for me to get an erection. Now pumping takes all of it off.

If it doesn’t start working either you are doing something a bit wrong or you have some kind of mental block going on, but don’t think about that until you try the new method.

By the way, pumping is a doctor recommended way to cure erectile disfunction, so it you are going the other way, you just aren’t doing something right. But again, don’t over think it. Keep PE fun and enjoyable.

But the issue is: is pumping better than jelqing? I mean.. Does pumping cover something that jelqs can’t cover?

There is no one better PE method than another, but each guy seems to gravitate towards the method that suits him best. I have tried just about all of them, and pumping is by far my favorite. It feels great, makes me as big as a porn star and has totally changed my cock size, both erect and flaccid.

To evaluate each method, you have to give them a chance. First you have to master the technique and then you have to evaluate if the method suits your needs. Trying once or twice and giving up is not the solution.

When you pump, do you enter the cylinder erect or flaccid? For me, erect is much better.

I tried both. But if you had read something that I did, you would have seen how people says it’s not recommended to insert erect, since the tunica is already forced, or something like this.

One more thing: How can a treatment of 5-10 minutes/day can be better or give better results that jelqing which is an intensive work which can be done for much more time.

I’ll try anyway today, now, my last try in fact, the program you told me 1. (5) mins of jelq —— 2. (8) mins of pumping ——- 3. (5) mins of jelq. And if I get this night again, a fucking thin and shrinked dick.. I’m gonna throw the Lapump by the window , or suiciding directly. I’ve been very frustrated today.. This fucking shit of pump really fucked me. Also losing 189$

Moreover the guys at LAP told me to quit jelqing.. Which is the only thing that has offered me results. They suck.
