Hi I started pumping about a month ago ( I pumped one time ) and had a what appeared to be a discoloration or what appears to be a red ring underneath the head of the penis going completely around about a half an inch in width. The head of the penis was also shaped a little different after that session. The first time I pumped I did it for 15minutes followed by a wet jelq with the lube from the tube for another 15minutes

Everything was relatively normal or at least i think so but now im abit worried. I tried pumping again for a second time this past Saturday.

This time around I did it for only 10 minutes around 4in.hg vac of pressure.
I did’nt feel pain at all, before during or after the session. But what I don’t understand or maybe its just me, is again my penis has changed shape slightly. However thats not whats really bothering me. Ever since I did the session everytime I go to the bathroom to urinate I don’t urinate in a straight line anymore I do it in an angle to the left. I haven’t urinated blood or for that matter had pain during urination at all. Which tells me so far I haven’t damaged anything Hopefully (I’m not sure)! Maybe this is a common sideeffect to pumping I don’t now. Another thing I wanted to mention was, about a week after the first pumping session the erections I was getting alot of stopped obviously, however there was something different afterwards. I noticed that my erections were not as strong as before or for that matter getting as many as I did before the first pumping session. I wanted to ask your opinion on the matter. Are the changes in shape permanent or for that matter the red ring below the head of the penis will it go away in time? If I leave my penis alone for more then a month if necessary would it return back to normal?

im worried i damaged something. perhaps the pump itself is defective and have been pumping at a higher pressure then from what it says. But let me ask you this if I did damage something would i feel pain from it or would it start to bleed? Perhaps its because the penis is swollen its acting the way it is and just needs time to heal? I only pumped for 10 minutes.

Today I noticed a mark on the bottom of the shaft (if you were standing up)
a bruise or stretch mark not sure, again however im not feeling any pain. I prey to god I didn’t damage anything! Sorry if im sounding abit stressed im just worried. Have you ever run into a situation like this, or anybody that you now?

Is there anything you recommend to help it heal it?

P.S. I used less pressure the second time around then the first. The first time around i was using 4in.hg vac to 6in.hg vac. Again perhaps the pump is defective and have been using a higher pressure then the gauge says. But like I said I did not feel pain or discomfort during both sessions.
The first time I did it was 12- 28 2003 and the second session i did on 1-24 2004.

A rather long question, but an easy solution.

You started way to hard and too long. Didn’t your pump come with any guidelines?

Try again, 3 in hg max for 5-10 minutes. Hot wrap before and after. If you want to jelq, only go for 5-10 minutes. You are a newbie! and need to condition your cock slowly before it becomes accustomed to PE. Take it easy and slowly increase your endurance to the exercises.

The crooked peeing is just a little swelling from the pump and it will go away.

Just take is easy and all of your problems will go away and you will begin to enjoy the experience.

hi, yes it did come with guidelines: it says to lubricate the penis and pump in flared area. Do not pump for more then 15minutes at a time. However it does state that this will be different for everyone as tissue types vary from person to person. It says pressure levels should be kept at 4-6 on the outside vacuum gauge. It also says that the best results are achieved with a 15minute session 4 times a week advanced pumpers 2-3 sessions per day with rest of 10-15 minutes between each.

How long will it take for the swelling to go down?
And the red ring, head shape changes will they go away as long as i go easy?

One last question will I get faster gains if I just jelq? Is it ok to pump and jelq, in what order if it matters?

Yes it is OK to pump and jelq. The order you do them in is up to you and you will pick based on your experience as you go.

All of your initial symptoms will go away.

Try this routine to get going. Four days in a row, pump for 10 minutes at 3 in hg, and then moderate jelq for 5-10. Take a day off.

Four days in a row pump at 4 in hg for 10 minutes, but start off at 3 in hg for a minute or two before moving up to 4 in hg. and then moderate jelq for 10 minutes. Take a day off.

Four days in a row, pump at 4.5 in hg, for 10 minutes, but start off at 3 in hg for a minute or two before moving up to 4.5 and then moderate jelq for 10-15 minutes. Take a day off.

Four days in a row, pump at 5 in hg for 10 minutes, but start off at 3 in hg before moving up to 5 and then moderate jelq for 10-15 minutes.

Now your cock is in half way good condition and you can begin modifying your routine to best suit what you have learned in the past 20 days.

Now is when you can start pumping at 5 in hg and going for 15-20 minute sessions and increasing your jelq pressures and times and deciding if you want to pump first or jelq first.

Also, by now, your cock should be looking very healthy and larger too. Nice!
