I’ve had this injury where I squeezed too hard with the power jelq device performing squeezes with the device at the head. Now I’ve been stuck with this slight constant pain near the head on the left side of my penis. It happened sometime in October. It still hurts now. Any ideas? If there’s a chance I have to get surgery could that possibly leave me deformed?

Don’t jump to conclusions; it may be something easy to fix and if surgery, their last desire is to deform you. These guys have dicks, too.
October is a long time for the pain to persist.
Call a urologist and get an appointment. Meanwhile, put the jelk device in a closet and don’t even do manual squeezes. OK to have sex or jerk off, if that does not aggravate the pain.

I think if you just leave it alone for a few days/weeks it will sort it’s self out, don’t do any PE until it’s fully healed.
Sometimes it hurts in the morning and when I’m relaxing because of morning erections. Its also middleway down the shaft.
You may have blowed some micro veins in your tissue (I’m no expert) and you have no other choose then rest. It can take a long time.
