Monstor doughnut

Today was my first day back off a 10 week break. After jelqing about 10 minutes, I developed a monstor doughnut. I scared the shit out of myself and started to panic…I don’t want to look for a few hours. Anyway, before the break I was having trouble getting any expansion at all, including fluid…I guess I have to take it easier for awile until I build back up.

Looks like you rushed more then you should have. :)

You aren’t the first person to make this mistake and you won’t be the last. After that long a break you have to come back as a newbie.
