I tries iodine and i burned the skin a bit :D . not very badly. Is iodine good?

Well after iodine my flaccid is kinda different. Before iodine i used to hang like it was dead ( very smooth and elastic ). Now its kinda stonger when flaccid and kinda hard (sometimes)

Give it a full rest.. Enough said. Touch it only when urinating. 10 to 15 days should be enough

YES! Me! Try it for a change.. Just leave it alone. No manual handling at all. For me it was 8 or 9 days I can’t remember exactly. I also used some supplements but that’s not the case here. FULL REST is the case. Full rest. Don’t touch it , don’t look at it , don’t think about it.Don’t care if it looks good or shriveled etc. Intense excersise and a good night sleep should give you the right mental state for this. Try running, or light weight lifting. Eat right, like broccoli, spinach, lot of seafood for omega 3 and lot of walnuts and almonds for extra l arginine. No junk food if you can. 3 Litres of water everyday is crucial. Soda and coffee doesn’t count as water. Only water counts as water. Now.mate.can you at least try that for say two weeks just to be sure? It’s simple as 1,2,3. If you can find pure 100% pommegranate juice, no water and preservatives added, use it.. 300ml a day should be enough. That last one helps a lot erection quality on a non injured penis. As you noticed I have not suggested any drugs and I am not going to. Ever. Your penis doesn’t need them. You don;t need them. Trust me.. Give it a try.. It won’t hurt you.. I hung too much weight from my penis and now it’s turtled up all the time and the head of my dick is cold. Do I have to just wait it out and let it heal.

Thanks guys I’m actually starting to feel normal down there now. Thank god. That’s the worst.

I mainly focus on length gains and I do a lot of manual stretches but I’m not seeing much gain. How long should I hold a stretch and how much force. And should rest it before I stretch again? What’s the best routine for length gain? Thanks
