I don’t see anything wrong with your dick. If you get good erections during sex or porn then it is fine. You should rest and use heat. No masterbation, no porn, nothing. After a few weeks, SLOWLY add very, very light jelqs. Basically, masterbation at mid to low erection. Use a heating pad, warm rag, whatever for five minutes then jelq for five minutes. Your PIs should get better. Above all else, relax. It’ll get better.

Can you show me those jelqs please?.

There’s a video on here somewhere but the idea is that erections are good for the penis. Healthy penis have them all night long and several through the day. They increase blood flow, heat and maintain the structure of the penis. Jelqing done right, at low pressure, effectively gives you an erection while messaging and stimulating the penis. The trick is to press blood into your penis to simulate a 100% erection quality. For growth you would go slightly above that. (Very slightly while monitoring your PIs). For health, you want 95 to 100%. This is why it’s not recommended to jelq at greater than 50% erections.

The proper jelq is done using an inverted hand (pronated). Form your forefinger and thumb into a “c” and apply light pressure to the base of the penis on either side. Avoid the top of the penis where the nerve is. Maintaining pressure, slowly move your hand toward your glans, reducing pressure as you near the glans and stopping 1/4 from it. Maintain that hold and place your other hand at the base of your penis in the same way and begin the process again while removing your first hand.

Remember, you want equal to or less than 100% of your normal erection strength. Done right, you will never damage the penis because it’s no more intense than a normal erection with the added benefit of deep tissue message. Some people can grow a 1/2 or more just doing this. Others get really good EQs and a heavy flaccid hang.

The thing is, no one knows how strong their tissues are starting out. If you go full bore with weak, unconditioned tissues you get injured. Then you have to rest for recovery and you’ve accomplish nothing but anxiety. When, or if, you start again you have a new respect for PIs and you start slow. The best routine is the least amount of work to achieve slow gains. If you gain an inch of length in 260 sessions (approximately a year of PE) you are doing great. If you are getting super erections but no growth, change routines and/or slightly increase intensity. A little working dick is always much better than a big broken dick. This is why we go slow and easy.

The truth is i did start very roughly and fast.I did 2 Sessions on one day.One in the morning and one night.200-300 fast hard jelqs without warmup.So yeah fucked up a bit.Next morning saw that downward curve in the pictures and the left curve.And then the ugly popping veins.

After some days i woke up with a decent morning erection.Went to pee and the erection started to drop.I was like ”Thats not good”.

Jelqing increases blood flow and will cause large veins to stand out on your dick. This is normal. A drop in erection quality means you overdid it. A slight downward or left curve is nothing to worry about. You likely experienced some extension in length or girth but unequally. Welcome to the club. Mine curves too. :)
