I have long term injuries I say there is probably more injuries with stretching than jelqing. I say don’t overwork your penis start off slow because you won’t see gains immediately or ever. The point is do it slow and let your penis rest.

The roll seems to be producing minimal results. At this rate, I can’t imagine this technique being the end all solution to my discoloration. I’ve only done it, maybe seven times since I last posted though. Maybe I’ll focus on it more.
