Little pain

Little pain

Hey, this is my first post.

Sorry, that I have to post it here, but as a new member, I can’t post in the injury section.

I’m PEing since about 5 weeks, but not regularly and the first 4 weeks I only did stretching.
4 days ago I was doing normal jelqing and stretching, and since then I have a little pain in the area of my frenulum. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said that I have a little bit of blood in my urine. He was very old and I tried to explain him what PE is, but I think he had not understood what I meant, and he said that the frenulum looks normal and that I might have a Urolithiasis.

So my question to you guys is why I have that pain in my dick. My frenulum also feels a little bit numb. Could it be that I have a chap near my Urethra?

Do you think you did something wrong? Like did you always warm up and did you jelq on 100%

Also did you tried to rest for a couple of days?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Yes, I warmed up and did dry jelqs at around 80% at highest and only for some seconds. The other time at around 50/60%.
Because I was doing it dry I couldn’t move my hand very much and never jelqed to the glans.
I stopped PEing after that session.

I don’t understand where this comes from. I think I have never done anything as hard as the guy from the videos.

Also I forgot to mention that my EQ was really not very good the next day.

hi Kitkat,

Sorry that you’re having an injury! I had one at the end of my 4th week, too and so did someone else… It’s likely to be a classic case of overtraining! In the end I took a 10 day break, only doing kegels, and reading up on jelqing a lot. I didn’t realise it at the time but I had my grip all wrong. The blood is a bit worrying however and I’ve seen posts in the injuries subforum where a few months of rest was needed. Try rubbing very lightly just behind the glans (on the dorsal side) and see if you feel electricity spikes. That’s what I had and 10 days of rest fixed it. In general you could wait until your EQ goes up and take it from there. As always if symptoms continue then meet more medical professionals.

Hi CrusherBrooks,

Thanks for your reply. I hope that my injury will go away, as yours did.

It also would be no problem for me to stop PE for a year, so that it can heal. And yeah, I have kind of a electricity feeling in combination with numbness, if that makes sense.

Sounds like you’ve irritated the nerve bulb that’s over there. That’s my explanation for the injury I had anyway. I didn’t have blood in my urine though so keep an eye out for that, and take a break. I recommend to continue doing kegels though. Good luck!
