Light Jelq or Hard Jelq ?

Ok, I been doing a pre jelq test before I actually begin my 10-12 week routine as a I mentioned before. Im doing a test run so I wont waste possibly weeks on jelqing with no results.

So I been doing light jelqs for the past two days, and I been doing them in a way where I dont have a “tight” ok sign grip at all. I just been putting my ok sign grip on my shaft and stroking to target more from an inner level..oppose to squeezing jelqing which requires a little more force(hard jelq) while doing these light jelqs I do notice I do feel micro tears happening in the tissues. Its seems safe doing it this way to me and I want to know if anyone has any thoughts on this.

Absolutely agree. I may add that the speed of jelqing could be important too.
My personal experience is that really slow jelqing (at least 5 seconds per stroke), independent of the grip force used, is not only more agreable but produces better results. And I get immediate feedback from my unit if what I am doing feels right or not. So the risk of injury is reduced.

Just my 2 cents.

Right. Those slow strokes create better focus for getting quality reps
