Jelqing Injury Worried and Scared

I have another question as well that might be contributing to my problem. I still feel as though my PC muscle is spasming. I used to do a lot of kegels and I think that tightened the muscle and know it won’t untighten. The top of my penis feels like it is pulling back against me and is in a constant spasming state. It is feels like there is KNOT underneath my ballsack in the gouch area, like a very tight muscle. Is there a way to correct an overactive PC muscle from to many regular kegals? I won’t start doing whatever the exercise is until after I am healed but once I am, what should I do?

Reverse kegels. You could probably start a gentle reverse kegel routine now and it wouldn’t hurt. These tight muscles could be reducing bloodflow to the injured areas which would prolong the healing process. A gentle reverse kegel routine would be best I think.

Thanks poople, once again I woke up with a morning erection which has me hopeful. However I noticed yesterday I was in a bit more pain I think due to the fact I got an erection. I’m definitely not healed from the injury but I’m still taking morning erections as progress and hope my situation continues to get better.

I noticed though I can’t really feel my penis feeling up with blood like I used to. It’s like I don’t feel the rush of blood that I normally do my penis kind of just gets hard in the morning. Though I haven’t been kegeling at all if I do flex the muscle it doesn’t feel like it did before. It doesn’t feel as though it is pushing any blood into my penis, it just kind of makes it move a little bit.

Any ideas on what this could be related to?

Tense/strained/unbalanced pelvic floor muscles. I’ve noticed that it seems like quite often PE, especially jelqing can throw peoples pelvic floor muscles out of whack for some reason, I’m not sure why. It can usually be easily corrected and managed though.

A couple of new symptoms that I have realized, I have had a rather weak urine stream lately, not sure if that is related to the PC muscles or if something is wrong with my urethra. The underside of my penis doesnt really hurt but my penis as a whole is still sore. If I was to squeeze my penis the inside of it feels sore. Also while flaccid it tends to rotate a bit to the left which it never did prior to the injury, could this be related to a ligament? Or what else could this possibly mean. Appreciate the insight guys it helps me out a lot!

The weak urine stream is due to a tight pelvic floor and soreness means you are still healing. Give it some more time.

Ok guys I have a pretty bad update that I would like some insight on. I tried to masterbait today, and this is the first time in about 3 weeks. So first off my penis would not get rigid at all, I got this weird rubbery erection that when I tried to stroke it would not go past 3-4 inches or get rigid I came almost immediately without even getting hard. It also seemed like my penis was detached at the base and if I tried to flex the PC muscle it just kind of flopped around, whereas it normally would stand straight up. I have no clue what this means or what is going on. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? Please I really need some help with this.

How about you just leave your dick alone for a few months and let it heal?

You were getting rigid morning wood not long ago weren’t you? Maybe you were just nervous and that’s why you couldn’t get an erection.

Hi I have similar symptoms. My glans also is pretty cold. My doctor is now checking for different bloodpaths my body takes. Here is my current history

What he said
He looked at my penis and said it looks like someone stepped on it. He asked if I had any pain and then touched it and said its indeed cold.
First I had to make basic moves where he after checked my penis:
Walking around
Sitting down then standing up
Rest on my back then standing up
Jumping and then walking

When I sat down and then stood up my penis was coldest. Then I had to lie down again with my legs angled and he pressed with two fingers under my scrotum and near bulbo-urethal gland. Then whith a little pencil-like device he tested the big vein on the back of the penis but there was everything fine, but to that point later.
So here he said there is indeed little blood. Then I had to stand up again and to kegel and there was no “jump” you know. It got shorter but it didnt jump up, I asked nerve damage he said its hydraulic, with little fluid there is no jumping up, but he tested the pudendal nerve anyway. The point of comparison is the tip of the indexfinger he said. Mine was 10 times slower than my finger but the scale is measured by normal normal glans. So I don’t know..
Then he made an expensive test I had to pay where he injected me something to get an erection. But before he did duppler ultrasound for ipp, because the test is not healthy fo ipp diagnosed people, can make things worse, he said. But no ipp found
I was on my back when he injected me this stuff and my two top corpus got instantly hard while perfectly hard but then when the doctor touched the one down at the urethat I was very shocked because its not like just the glans how I thought it was the whole corpus that was deflated. My theory was that I damaged the vein on the top of the penis somehow but the missing missing “tissue” is the blood in the corpus. When I felt them the way down to the bulbo urethal gland a could feel the middle corpus missing. Not just in the penis, even between my legs. Imagine a hot dog with the sausage missing.
The doctor pressed again with two fingers from my penis down between my legs and said somehow the bood takes a different path now. I had to stay in the office for an hour or so for the erection to fade.

So he searches now for different paths.

My current symptoms are

When glans is filled my penis doesnt hang so much

When glans is filled I can do the “jump” while kegeling

My glans filles more while having bowel movement

Also important to say that the underlying corpus is the corpus men feel the most. Thats the reason penis feels detached when the chamber is empty

When I do deep squats as many as I can I can see my penis behave differently when my injury happened

I have a new appointment for contrast dry MRI of my pelvis

The corpus men feel the most is the underlying corpus. So when there is no bloodflow one thinks, it is not detached anymore. The problem is, that the blood takes now another path:

When I get morning wood I can feel the both side-corpus very rigid (even under the sack) but the middle one is empty (even under the sack and near the anus (where the last end of the corpera is)

My doctor said, the problem is the blood taking a different path now (from the pudendal arteries and veins from the anus, over the pelvis and then STRAIGHT in the leg and not the useal way through the underlying corpus)

So I ask many what happens to their penis when they do perfectly executed deep squats as many as they can. When it behaves differently then you have the same symptom.

When you do an mri VERY important do it with contrast dry

You should start your own thread. But how did you injure yourself?
You say your penis gets better after bowel movements, so reverse kegels could help you get more bloodflow to your penis and could be good for you. Google how to do reverse kegels, and try it while laying on your back and see if it helps.

Its pretty sure vascular. Vascular problems lead to the pelvic floor issues not vice versa, says my doctor. Like when women got their periods, its pretty much vascular. THEN they got issues and feeling of tightness down there

I tried reverse kegel like hell, I would call myself a yoga-professional now, but it doesnt help. No spontanious erection, no erection while standing, where I had always erection in the shower.

Can you get erections while laying on your back? How long ago did you injure yourself? And do you have bulging veins in your flaccid penis when you stand up?
