Been jelqing for two months now. All was going well till I felt a my unit started feeling thicker along the shaft and slightly numb underneath the skin. No problems getting erections. A slight issue reaching higher levels of erection during jelqing session. Is this bad? Should I stop? I really feel the gains coming but this is a negative pi right? Thunder brothers, help me out!

Only you can tell if it’s much of a problem, but loss of sensation is of course not recommended!

What is your grip like when you jelq (position and tightness) ? What about your EL?

Do you still PE like this? Looks quite alot of dry jelqs (they tend to be more “intense” than wet jelq).
At what schedule?

Rest till the numbness vanishes. Doing wet jelq instead of dry jelq with lighter grip might solve your problem.

Thanks thunder brothers for such a quick reply. Yes I do dry jelqs in the shower for 15-20 mins in the morning. After work I try to edge for 30 mins then have another shower with another 15-20 mins of dry jelqing. Sometimes I edge after a shower. I use an ok grip but focus pressure on the sides of the shaft more. In my first three weeks I saw gains of .2 of inch in BPEL and .3 in girth.. No more gains after. But I must note, erection quality is through the roof. Girlfriend commented many times, “omg you are so fucking hard!” I love this shit! I am a God now! I took a day off after I felt the numbness.. Feeling has returned! I can’t do wet jelqs, just don’t like it. So messy.. Maybe I should take more days off? I current do five on one off. Once again thanks everyone for replying.

Sometimes, when you are doing more than necessary, you have that impression cause the penis doesn’t seem to respond well to the exercises.

But it’s form overtraining. You don’t get it at first, cause yu know you are having no pain etc then a small injury comes and you get it.

Noted and thanks bill. Numbness has gone and I have reduced to one session a day. No more gains since initial 3 week mark gains. Found orange bends on the forum the other day! Wow heavier unit and hanging much more then before! I doubt I will get the speed gains Mr. Orange got but I am hopeful for improvement. Thinking about getting that cock coil from the stealth man. Xeno has an awesome guide to making them but I can’t see myself going through all that to make it.

Just rest. I believe that the thickening of the skin is just loss of circulation and fluid build up. A few tips that worked for me were: vitamin c 1000 mgrams per day more important, half an hour walk a day max 5 km per hour speed, drink slower helps the circulation (water should be drank at a soup spoon per sip), diaphragm breathing 5 min twice per day. Wait a week and see if your unit has become more soft which happened to me.

I do walk a lot, drink heaps of water! I will try vitamin C though!
